I hurriedly parked my car infront of a modern rest house in an exclusive village sa isang probinsya hindi kalayuan sa Maynila. I just received a text from an unknown number claiming that he's now holding Luke as a hostage in that specific place.

I know that there is a possibility that it could be a prank or what but I don't care! I badly want to make sure that Lucas is safe. He's my best buddy and my brother from another mother.

I may be so stupid at uto uto for falling into this so-called hostage taker's trap but what the hell are the odds?

Nasa rest house sila ng kaibigan ko kaya kung niloloko lang ako nun, hindi dapat alam ng hostage taker na 'yon ang address ng bahay bakasyunan. Mariin din nitong sinabi na huwag na huwag akong tatawag ng pulis or else, my buddy will not see daylight tomorrow.

I don't want to risk it kaya hindi na ako tumawag ng back up. I'm in the state of having a panic attack as well.

I also don't know what he wants dahil hindi na ito nag reply pa sa mga messages ko. Tinext lang nito ang address ng rest house ni Luke at sinabing hawak nya ang kaibigan ko.

Nakita kong bukas ang gate at pinto. Walang ang guard niya. Mukhang wala din ang ibang mga katulong o katiwala ng bahay. They are probably hiding. Natakot siguro.

Dahan dahan akong pumasok. Mahirap na at baka may mga dalang armas ang mga iyon. Napansin kong tahimik ang buong bahay. Sobrang tahimik na para bang walang tao. Marahil umalis na ang hostage takers sa hindi malamang dahilan.

"Luke?! Where the hell are you!?" Tawag ko sa kaibigan ng matantya kong wala na dito ang mga gagong nang hostage sa kanya.

Medyo malaki ang bahay kaya hindi ko alam kung maririnig ba ako buong loob. Pero sigurado akong hindi.

I searched the whole house for Luke. Wala siya sa  sariling kwarto. Isang parte nalang ng bahay ang hindi ko napupuntahan, ang entertainment room nito sa pinakataas na floor ng bahay. Agad akong pumunta tumakbo papunta doon.

"Dude! Where the fuck are you?! I'm here alread—." I suddenly froze when I saw two people kissing shamelessly infront of me.

The two of them are half naked already on top of his pool table and I'm not that fucking stupid not to know what's happening and what's going to happen.

They stopped and gazed at my direction. I saw my fucking girlfriend's eyes widened in fake shock. All I can see is red. Nothing more. Nothing less.

"M-Miguel..." Horror registered in her eyes.

Tumayo agad si Scarlett mula sa pagkakapatong niya sa lalaking I once called as my best buddy for life but I guess I was wrong. So fucking wrong.

I clenched my fist so hard. "What the hell is going on here!?"

Lumapit sa akin si Scarlett. Hahawakan na niya sana ako pero hindi ko na napigilang sampalin siya sa galit. I've never hurt a woman before but what is happening right now is beyond my limit. This is way too much.

Napahawak siya sa pisngi niya. She looked at me and tears started to form in her eyes. "M-Miguel. It's not w-what you think!" Arte nito.

I sarcastically laughed at her answer. "Do you think I'm stupid?!"

I'm looking at her with disgust when Luke suddenly laughed.
