I woke up early the next morning and looked out at the light pink sky. I stumbled out of my bed and threw on a jacket before slid across the floor. I opened the door quietly and sat down on the porch steps. I waited patiently and listened to the birds chirp as the sun rose. I saw Tsuki on the sidewalk and I rubbed my hand to calm myself.

He walked up, looking at his phone and stayed quiet. He looked up and smiled softly hurrying towards me. He dropped to his knees and hugged me firmly, "I love you, I love you so much." He whispered in my ear and smiled from ear to ear. I hugged him back and kissed his cheek. "Tsuki can you do something for me?" He nodded and I pulled my head back. I looked at him and smiled, our eyes both hanging heavy.

I put my hand on his cheek and bit the inside of my mouth, a faint metal taste on my tongue. "Just stay still." I mumbled and leaned forward. Our lips were no more than an inch apart and the door opened behind me. I pushed him back and turned around. My mom stood sleepily in her robe. "What the hell are you doing out here so early?" I shrugged.

"It was nice out today." I said quietly and she nodded as she turned around, slowly closing the door. I covered my hand and rested my elbows on my knees. Tsuki sat down infront fo me in the sidewalk and I cringed at myself. He touched my leg gently and rubbed my leg. "Can we try again?" He asked and I shook my head. "No I've embarrassed myself enough for one day."

Tsuki sat up slightly and put his arms around my head. "What was that last night? Are you okay?" I nodded and looked at him. "Just a bad dream, I'm sorry I woke you up." He kissed my forehead. "It's okay, I didn't mind." I smiled to myself and looked in his eyes. We both leaned forward and my heart raced as he got closer and closer.

Our lips gazed past each other and his eyes slowly closed as he leaned. I leaned back and he followed me. He set a hand on my back and stopped me from moving. He laughed softly and put noses touched on accident. "Stop moving away." He whispered and set a hand on the steps. I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding and slowly leaned closer to him. Our lips met and my eyes shot open.

It was so quick I didn't even know what happened. I kissed him....I just kissed..him. He looked in my eyes for a few seconds. "Huh, it didn't feel as special as I thought." He mumbled and scratched his leg. I pushed his shoulder "Youre mean." I rolled my eyes and he smiled. "I'm joking, it felt nice, kind of weird, but I liked it." He put his arms around his legs and sat back down.

I rubbed my neck awkwardly and avoided looking at him. "I want to try again." He said and I shook my head. "I don't think I want to kiss someone for awhile." I said and he pouted. I grabbed his face and squished his cheeks together. "Why do you act so different around me?" He smiled and shrugged. I ruffled his hair and his glasses fell down his nose. "Can I come inside?"
