Bittersweet

I rushed out of my last class of the day and hurried to the car. I drove down to Tsukis school. I saw the bus sitting outside and I quickly parked the car. I walked up and saw Tsuki get out the bus.

I ran to him and he glanced over at the last second, catching me. I latched onto him, wrapping my legs around his waist. I set my hand in his hair and kissed all over his face. "God, I missed you so much." Tsuki smiled and placed a short kiss on my lips. "I wasn't gone that long." I rolled my eyes at him and he laughed softly.

Kyotani stepped off the bus and I dropped down from Tsuki. "Let's go home." I urged and he held my hands gently. "I'll be home later, I still have to help them unload the bus." I stared at him and kyotani ruffled my hair. "What's up star boy?" He chuckled and Tsuki glared at him. I smiled and looked at Tsuki. "Aww, you talk about me?"

I leaned against him and kyotani shook his head. "That's his contact name for you, it's even got a little heart and everything." Tsuki looked at him "Dude, would you shut up?" I wrapped my arms around tsukis waist. "Just come home early, I don't have classes tomorrow so I can stay up really late tonight." I whispered and toyed with the elastic of his sweatpants.

He glanced back and then pushed me off. "Fine, you win." He grabbed his bag and held my hand as we walked to the car. I drove home and shut the door behind us. Tsuki walked to the bedroom and I heard the shower running a second later. I popped my head in he was pulling his shirt off. "Do you need something?" He said and I shook my head. "I just wanted to ask you something."

I played with my hands behind my back and he looked at me. "What?" He pulled his sweatpants down and I giggled at myself. I pulled the tiny silver ring out from behind my back.

"Will you marry me?" He stared at me, his mouth open slightly. He glanced down at my hand and then back up at me. "Are you kidding me? I'm in my underwear." I covered my eyes. "I know but you took too long." He walked over to me and ruffled my hair, taking the ring from my hand. I looked up at him and he slid it on his finger.

"I guess I'll marry you, you'll do." He walked a few steps. "For now." He said all sassy and I stifled a laugh. I grabbed his arm and hugged him tightly. "I love you." I whispered and he let out a soft breath, holding me by the back of my head. "Love you too, idiot."
