Does he realize his feelings on his own? Nope.

As we all know, Giyu has a bad habit of pushing away others that he feels he's getting to attached to. So when he does realize his feelings which Shinobu gladly pointed out for him, he might avoid you for a while until he can sort things out. But don't worry, when he comes back he'll apologize and might even get you some gifts too.

Don't expect him to ask you out right away. He's too scared of you rejecting him and avoiding him for the rest of his life so it might take him a while to muster up his courage.

Obanai Iguro

Does he realize his feelings on his own? Yes.

Even if he realize he liked you, don't think for even a second that he'll accept those feelings. Obanai isn't very fond with getting attached to people, especially in his line of work. That being said, when he first realizes he likes you, he attempts to bury those feelings which ultimately makes them intensify in the long run.

He'll end up avoiding you sooner or later without telling you the reason. He knows he may hurt your feelings but being around you is just getting to be a little too much for him. Just give him some space. Sooner or later he'll put aside his fears and accept his feelings for you. However, don't expect him to act on them.

Mitsuri Kanroji

Does she realize her feelings on her own? Of course she does. She is the Love Hashira after all.

Mitsuri realizes her feelings fairly quickly and she accepts them wholeheartedly. She not appalled at the fact that she likes a women, not in the slightest. Love is love no matter a person's gender.

However, even when she realizes her feelings for you straight away, don't think she'll act on them nearly as quickly. Even when you've told her that you don't think she's weird for her features and strength, she still holds this irrational fear that you'd reject her for those exact reasons. But don't worry, all she needs is time and maybe a little push from a friend to ask you out.

It doesn't take Shinobu long to realize she has feelings for you. Once she realized she wasn't sick she was able to connect the dots pretty quickly. She doesn't mind the fact that she likes someone of the same gender nor does she fear the reactions of others when she tells them she likes you. Love is something she thinks shouldn't be restrain by something as insignificant as gender. If she truly loves you, she shouldn't mind that you're a female.

Most likely, she'll act on her feelings if she thinks she's truly in love with you. Although, she does fear rejection, she won't let that fear cloud the fact that there's a possibility you may share the same feelings as her. However, if that does happen most likely you'll have to confess to her or she'll never act on her feelings.

Sanemi Shinazugawa

Does he realize his feelings on his own? The answer is a resounding and confident no.

He may notice some symptoms of a possible crush but he'll never fully realize it until someone points it out for him and even if he does realize his feelings on his own, he won't accept them right away.

To him, liking someone is equivalent to having a weakness and having weaknesses in his line of work could be deadly for both him and you. He'll try his best to get rid of these feelings for you but once he fails he'll come to tolerate them over time. Just don't expect him to act on them. If you want to confess that's fine with him but he'll never be the one confessing.
