Corny Pickup Lines/Jokes 🤭

How would they react to you using a corny pickup line or joke on them? 🤔

Giyu Tomioka

Whether it's a joke or pickup line, it's 100% flying over this man's head. Giyu will sit there for a good minute or two and just think because he's genuinely confused on what you mean. Even when you laugh and tell him it's a joke/pickup line, he's still confused but will nod his head and pretend he does so that he doesn't ruin the mood. ( Please protect my boi. He's just a little innocent, antisocial bean with major insecurities ) <3

Mitsuri Kanroji

Mitsuri is really flattered but can't help but giggle at you. She's a sucker for jokes and even if you did go with the corny pickup line, she just wouldn't be able to contain her laughter.

She'll end up apologizing through her laughs and unintentionally lean on your shoulder for support when she nearly falls over from laughing so hard. You may find it adorable but she does feel really bad for laughing at your compliment even if it was intended to make her laugh. <3

Obanai Iguro

Obanai is red in the face as you shout the corniest pickup line he's ever heard. He's not one to laugh but he does get really shy on you because he wasn't expecting it. ( Bonus is that Kaburamaru was confused so you got to see his little head tilt and it was so cute!! )

Shinobu Kocho

Shinobu is thrown off guard and it shows for half of a second. However, once she's able to process the joke/pickup line she smiles at you. Unfortunately you weren't able to get a laugh out of her like you wanted but at least she found the attempt cute.

Sanemi Shinazugawa

Sanemi is not getting the pickup line/joke. He'll just look at you with a raised eyebrow and say something along the lines of, 'What're you going on about?'. You'll pause and explain it to him which manages to fluster him more than the actual pickup line/joke does. ( He's feels really embarrassed for not getting such a stupid joke/pickup line but you find it cute )

Kyojuro Rengoku

Kyojuro lets out a loud, hearty laugh which makes you laugh harder. You're so silly and cute and he can't wait to tell his father and brother about this! ( Even though his father will end up screaming at him. He needs to know how funny you are )

Tanjiro Kamado

Tanjiro smiles and thanks you for the compliment. He's really flattered which is kind of disappointing because you wanted to make him laugh but it's okay because he ends up complimenting you back which makes you internally kick your feet and giggle like a little kid. ( Honestly same )

Muichiro Tokito

Muichiro blue-screens on you. He tilts his cute little head and cross his arms as he gives your joke/pickup line deep thought because it completely flew over his head. When you explain your intentions he pats your head, apologizing and telling you that he'll try to give you a better reaction next time. <3

Yuichiro Tokito

Hear me out, Yuichiro laughs at corny jokes and or pickup lines.

Upon hearing your boyfriend let out a chuckle after hearing your pickup line/joke, your mouth falls open in shock. Yuichiro will grow defensive at this and say something like, 'What? Why are you staring at me like that?' and when you tell him the reason you're so shocked, his face explodes in a red blush. He didn't even realize what he did but now that he knows he's really embarrassed about it. ( Please don't tease him for this, he'll never laugh in front of you again if you do ) <3

Zenitsu Agatsuma

Zenitsu cups his hands over his mouth and lets out the cutest giggle you've ever heard. He really tries to contain his smile and laugh so his cheeks end up turning a little red which only makes him look cuter. Please laugh with him even if you're mesmerized. If he realizes that he's the only one laughing he'll stop. <3

Kanao Tsuyuri

Kanao gives you a closed-eyed smile. Don't worry, she definitely got your joke/really liked your pickup line. She's just not one to laugh. ( But if you want her to, she will )

Inosuke Hashibira

Inosuke is not getting whatever joke/pickup line you spit at him. He's just not. He does however get that really cute look on his face ( Yes, the one with the little balls of light floating around him ) when you start laughing. ( He doesn't know how to express it but he finds your laugh really cute )

Nezuko Kamado

Nezuko giggle is muffled because of her muzzle but it only makes you laugh more. You two end up just sitting there quietly giggling which the others found really cute. ( Well, Tanjiro found it cute. Zenitsu was annoyed and Inosuke didn't care )

Gyomei Himejima

Gyomei sits in silence and just listens to your laugh with a small smile on his face. In all honesty, he didn't find the joke/pickup line all that funny but he'll pretend he does just so that he can continue to hear your wonderful laugh. <3

Kanae Kocho

Kanae cracks up but tries to contain it as best as she can. She ends up doubling over which causes you to double over as well, leaving you both a laugh mess on the engawa. <3
