How long has it been since I had the motivation to post two chapters back to back?

A long time. A very, very long time ago lmao-

Anyways, I worked my ass off to get this out before Friday because I wanted these two scenarios to go out before I posted my new book the next day. It over 6000 words so I hope you all enjoy this! Thank you again for 500k reads!

Giyu Tomioka

He surprised you by doing all your tasks for today!

"Wow.." You mumbled under your breath as you took everything in. Your eyes wide as you stared at the glistening walls and furniture before you.

To say you had a lot to do today was an understatement to say the least. Your list was overflowing with tasks. So many that your checklist managed to reach the floor and that's counts for only a quarter of things that had to be done. That's why you absolutely loathed being sick, it always left you with a bunch of things to do right after recovery which always left you absolutely exhausted by the end.

But this time around seems to be a different story.

Your previous dingy walls were clean and even looked freshly painted. The furniture seemed to be sparkling from how well cleaned and polished it was and it smelled absolutely lovely to boot.

"Did you do all of this?" You asked your boyfriend, who was sitting on the couch with a teddy bear in his hand. His face was covered in dirt and soot and his clothes was just as messy. The whole sight was as adorable as it was surprising.

Giyu turns to you with his usual stoic expression as he holds up the teddy bear to you. You give him a look but take the bear out of his hands and hold it close to your chest.

"I did your tasks for you." He says. And despite his simple answer it managed to get a very loud reaction from you.

"All of them?" You exclaim, your grip on the bear tightening so much that Giyu feared that the head would up and fall off.

He stares at you with slight confusion, his eyebrows furrowing just a little as he nods his head.

"Is there something wrong with that?"

"Yes! Well..no- But-!" You groan as you plop down beside him, "There was a lot of stuff on that list. ..Did you really manage do all of it before I was able to wake up?"

He nods again, "I had patrol last night so I decided to get them out of the way for you--"

"Wait." You say, holding your hand out and motioning him to stop talking, "Last night? Have you slept at all since you've been home?"

"Well..no but--"

Oh hell nah.

Grabbing his wrist, you're quick to get up and drag Giyu along with you. The man in question, looks even more confused at this which, if you weren't so angry with him, you'd find his confused face the cutest.
