"So you confronted the devils and offered them an alliance" Artoria said. "Yes I did" I replied with a drop of sweat dripping down my forehead "You wouldn't be lying now would you?" She asked with that "sweet" smile on her face. "No.....ok maybe I threatened them but only a little" I admitted. "Why am I not surprised" she said exasperated. "Now for your punishment" she said whilst giving me a glare. "Please spare me"i begged "Oh it won't be that bad you just have to plan a day out this weekend with me" she said as I headed my wallet scream in terror.
"...Fine I accept these terms" I said with a sigh as Artoria gave a beautiful smile. "how did I get so lucky?" I said quietly "You were honest and loyal that's how." She answered as I smiled.
"Oi pops the pizzas here....oh am I interupting" she said with a sly smirk "No, now let's eat" said artoria with a flushed face. ___________________________________________ The next day Artoria pov
It was now Saturday the day that my husband takes me out for a date just the two of us no devils no work no stress. "So are you going to tell me where we are going?" I asked my husband as he adopted a thinking face. "Well first of we are going to the cinema, after that we go shopping for some gifts for you and Mordred then we go to a all day buffet so you can eat as much as you want my lioness" he said as I blushed 'even after all this time he still makes me blush how does he do it?' I thought as a smile grew on my face. "That sounds like a wonderful idea" I said. "Of course it is I thought I of it" he replied with pride. "You know arrogance isn't a virtue" I said. "You love me really" he said with a cheeky grin. I sighed in response "that's true".
We got in the car and exited the garage we arrived at the cinema where we watched Godzilla king of the monsters I thought it was a good film and it was enjoyable. Then we went shopping where y/n got me a dragon claw necklace that had a blue glowing gem inside of to it.

"So do you want to help me put it on" I asked as he nodded "how do I look?" "You look as beautiful as the day I first saw you" he said with a faint hue of pink on his cheeks. After a while of wandering round the town My stomach let out a mighty roar as my face turned red. "Well we shouldn't keep that monster waiting let's go to the restaurants and eat out meal." He said as I nodded.
After we had finished eating left and arrived home were we found Mordred asleep on the sofa holding a lion toy y/n made her when we first arrived here. Y/n picked her up and took her to her room, he came back and we settled down on the sofa a I snuggled into him, he smiled and started nibbling my ear as I tried desperately not to moan y/n chuckled and moved his head close to my ear and whispered "You know we haven't done this in a very long time, maybe we should take this to the bedroom" he said huskily, I felt a shiver go down me back as excitement started to build up, he hoisted my up carrying me like he did when we first got married. He placed me down on the bed and got on too of me and kissed me, I felt his tongue brush my lips trying to gain entry I then forced my tongue out as we battled for dominance for a couple of minutes before he won and i let him discover the territory he had just conquered. Then he ripped of his shirt and started undressing I did the same then we made love like it was our first time all over again.
After we finished I felt him wrap his arms around me and whisper "I love you" in his sleep.

Author note: I know people are going to be disappointed with no lemon but this my first book and I have no experience whatsoever, I might write a lemon for this book eventually but not for a while, this chapter whilst it is canon to the story it doesn't play that big of a part to the plot, I just felt that Artoria hadn't been doing much and I wanted to show how strong their relationship is.
