First of all, we know those cheeseburgers make him "very happy". And he's had to deal with Dean, so he's pretty much used to sarcasm. He doesn't notice your shyness, due to his simple lack of understanding human emotions. He loves that you love your family, like Dean loves Sam and Cas loves his brothers. He'd like your wit and intelligence, constantly asking about things and what he's supposed to do. All in all, he'd love you. And he knows that's what matters.
