FIRST PERSON
"Wow, bubbles." I whispered as I entered the prefects bathroom. I checked my surroundings and sat the golden egg on the edge of the tub.

Cedric informed me to come in here and for some odd reason he said to bring the egg. At first I thought he was flirting and he'd already be in here or something.

I took off my clothes revealing my swimsuit that I always packed but never actually used.

I got into the water and practically melted at how warm it was. I looked over at the egg and sighed, "This is mad." I hesitated to open it.

The egg let out the same annoyingly unbearable sound and I quickly shut it, "Incredibly mad."

I heard giggling and whipped my head in the direction in which it came from.

"I'd try putting it in the water if I were you." The cheeky ghost spoke to me.

They call her Moaning Myrtle but I refer to her as Myrtle.

She was in one of the toilets, her chin held up by her palms.

"Hello, Myrtle." I breathed out, a bit uncomfortable and lucky I wasn't naked.

"Hello, Y/N. Long time no see, oh?" She attempted to peek under the water from where she sat, "You surely don't bathe in a swimsuit do you?"

She hopped out from the stall and jumped into the water leaving no splashes.

"Did you say put it into the water? The egg?" I ignored her question, eager to know the clue.

"That's what the boy did," She giggled, "The handsome one. Not your dashing boyfriend Harry, no, Cedric," Myrtle's flirty tone made an appearance.

I snatched the egg up from behind me, "Well go on. Open it." Myrtle smirked at me. I dove under the water and quickly opened the golden egg.

"Come seek us where our voices sound, we cannot sing above the ground. An hour long you'll have to look, to recover what we took."

I emerged from the water to take in what I just heard, "Aren't there Merpeople in the Black Lake?"

"Ah, very good." Myrtle began to scoot closer to me, "It took Cedric ages to riddle it out. Almost all of the bubbles were gone." She got closer and closer and I stayed put, not phased at all.

The sound of the door opening took us both by surprise, "Oh, look at that. Our favourite fella."

Myrtle chuckled and flew out of the tub to greet Harry who was the one that walked in, "Care to join us?" She giggled into his ear.

"Er- no thanks." Harry awkwardly smiled and made his way over to me, "Cedric told me you'd be here. Did you figure out your clue?"

"Yes actually, thanks for the concern." I replied with a smile.

"I.. can't tell if that was sarcasm or not." Harry stepped back as I got out of the tub, "I'm really sorry about what I.. said.."

He watched me as I dried off with the towel I brought in with me with widened eyes.

"Eye catching, isn't it?" Myrtle floated at his side as he looked me up and down, "Imagine her without the extra material." She cackled.

"I think that's enough, Myrtle." Harry turned around and tucked his chain under his hoodie.

Poor kid forgot I still had the bracelet on.

I slid my jeans back on with a grin and he turned back around. I reached down for my shirt and noticed it wasn't there.
