THIRD PERSON
"Harry, if it's anyone's fault, it's our's." Hermione spoke sympathetically to her friend.

"Yeah, it's their fault." Y/N blamed Ron and Hermione for the start of the DA. Hermione nudged her elbow, indicating that the situation was serious.

They were walking along the Hogwarts bridge, mid-day. The end of the week finally dawned on them. Harry was feeling very guilty about teaching everyone, only for it all to go to shit.

Ron looked over at Y/N just as the wind blew her collar and noticed something, "What's that?" He pointed towards her neck.

Y/N instantly remembered how her and Harry took a short nap together before they came and joined them outside. Harry was all for leaving marks on her while she drifted off, "Don't dwell on it, Harry." She ignored Ron.

"I tried so hard to help, and all it's done is make things worse." Harry turned to face them, "It doesn't matter, anyway. I don't want to play anymore- all it does is make you care even more. The more you care, the more you have to lose. So, maybe it's just better to.."

"To what?" Hermione tilted her head.

"To go it alone." Harry responded confidently.

Y/N sighed loudly, "If you come back dead, I won't hesitate to kill you-"

"Psst!" All four of them turned their heads to see who joined them on the bridge. Hagrid's face appeared behind a column as if he were trying to hide from someone. Dawhore'es.

Hagrid led the four students into the forest, Y/N and Ron being the most cautious.

"What the hell is that?" Y/N turned her head in all directions after hearing sounds of rumbling. The rest of the group looked up at the creatures running in the distance.

"I've never seen the centaurs so riled." Hagrid voiced in concern, "And they're dangerous at the best of times."

"So, what you're saying is," Everyone turned to Y/N, "We shouldn't be here and we should leave."

"Hagrid, what's going on?" Hermione asked, panicking from where she stood.

"I'm sorry to be so mysterious, you four." Hagrid apologized, "I- I wouldn't be bothering you at all with this, but.. with Dumbledore gone.. I'll likely be getting the sack any day now."

"Harry, just let me-"

"You can't kill anyone, Y/N." Harry interrupted, "It's too rude."

"Look kids, I just couldn't leave without telling someone about 'em." Hagrid smiled hopefully. Y/N scrunched her brows in confusion just as Harry grabbed her hand.

Thunderous footsteps began to approach causing them to step back a few inches. A slightly dressed giant stomped in front of them. Ron grabbed onto Y/N's arm to pull her back to stand with them in fear.

"I've got her, Ron. Thanks." There's Harry being unnecessarily overprotective.

"I've brought you some company, Gwarpy. Down here, you big buffoon." Hagrid watched as his humongous friend smashed a bird with his bare hands.

Harry, Hermione, and Ron all looked at each other while Y/N threatened to walk away.

"Please, stay with me." Harry whispered to Y/N and pulled her back to his side.
