"You do home delivery right?" The short boy asks the cashier

"Yes sir... we do..." the man with the sunshine smile replies

"C-Can someone d-deliver this to my address?" The boy nervously asks

"Just this?" The man is confused "...it's just one bottle of 5 litre water ..."

"Aah..." the boy scratches his head as he nervously looks around "...I didn't bring my car..."

"But sir...we don't deliver just for one bottle... and you are already here... maybe you can get a cab?"

"P-Please..." the boy sounded desperate

The man standing beside the boy follows his gaze, the boy was constantly looking at the exit

"Hoseok hyung... I will take that for him" the man says making the tiny boy sigh in relief

"T-Thank you..." the boy says when the man grabs the 5 litre water bottle

They both get out of the store and the man sees that a creepy man was standing a good distance to their side

The boy flinches when the man suddenly speaks, quite a bit loudly

"...Oh I stay there too... isn't it lucky that I got off work early... from now we can always go home together"

The boy looks at him in confusion and the man cocks his head, gesturing behind him

The tiny boy turned to the side and he saw the creepy man who was previously following him had walked away

"T-Thank you..." the boy says reaching for the bottle

"It's okay... I will help you carry it..." the man says carrying the bottle effortlessly "...I'm Jungkook, by the way..."

The tiny boy smiles "...I'm Jimin"

They meet again when they bump into each other, outside Jimin's apartment complex

"Oh hi..." Jimin says recognizing Jungkook

"Hi..." Jungkook replies back, before they both head out in opposite directions

Jungkook was working the store when Jimin walked to the counter

"....I love banana milk too... my hyungs make fun of me for drinking from a juice packet" Jungkook comments seeing Jimin place the banana milk on the counter

"Aah... it's for my nephew.." Jimin says smiling slightly

"Well at least it's a good brand" Jungkook says, but Jimin could see that the man felt embarrassed

Jimin giggles at that

"What?" Jungkook looks at him "...are you making fun of me?"

Jimin smiles "...why would I? I admire men who can be a bit childish too..."

Jungkook smirks at that "Oh really... What else do you like in men?" He asks making Jimin's face redden

"I gotta go..."

Soon they realise that they had friends in common - apparently Jimin's best friend Taehyung was dating Jungkook's coworker Hoseok.

Even though they started hanging out together with their friends, Jungkook and Jimin didn't talk much with each other. But did that mean they didn't know the other well? Not at all, they both understood the other from their body language

For instance:

"Let's all hang out at Taemin's tonight...he invited us..." Taehyung says when they had all gathered together

Jimin chanced a glance at Jungkook and saw the way Jungkook's tongue poked inside his cheek. Jimin knew Jungkook hated Taemin for some reason

"Uhm..guys... I think I will skip out on that... I have a slight headache..." Jimin says making Jungkook look at him worried but then he sees the boy smile at him as if in reassurance and Jungkook understands why Jimin said so

Jungkook and Jimin, have been friends for over 7 months now and along the way they developed feelings for the other. They both wanted to confess to the other.

All of their friends have confessed to their crushes by buying expensive gifts or with a surprise party. They each knew the other at least had a crush on them, so they wanted to make it more special and not just blurt their feelings out but they were both clueless on how exactly to present the confession

Jungkook and Jimin are hanging out with their group of friends at a campfire, that evening. They had invited their close group of friends as well

Jungkook watched as Jimin was pulled aside by Taemin.

Jungkook knew Taemin was about to propose to the boy. He saw how nervous Taemin was, as he held a rose behind his back

Jungkook couldn't let that happen. He immediately grabs Jin's guitar and sings a song

Jimin's attention was drawn to the man. Jungkook sings, playing his guitar, his gaze not leaving Jimin's eyes

if there were words that i could use to describe

exactly what you mean to me

i'd wish to be a poet then those words

would feel so easily to me

but i guess that i'm not

and all that i got are simple words to say to you

Boy that i love ya

i put no one above ya

i know that's when simple words will do

all the words that could mean more

Jimin smiles as he walks to the man and sits beside him

"Simple words huh?.. it means a lot if it comes from you..."

Jungkook smiles feeling Jimin already resting his head on Jungkook's shoulder

"I love you..." Jungkook says interlacing his fingers with Jimin's

"I love you too" Jimin smiles feeling Jungkook's lips pressing a soft kiss against his hand
