I looked down at my black outfit, sighing.

"Mommy? Who is dead?" Nick asked, with a pout on his face. He was also wearing a black outfit like everyone else.We were going to a funeral.

That of Liliana's, Alessio's girlfriend.

"Essio's girlfriend." I replied, running a hand through his soft hairs. Nick nodded and said nothing.

"You ready to go?" Enzo asked to which I nod, picking up Nick who was sitting on the bed. We then left for the graveyard where her funeral was taking place.

I tried calling Alessio but received no response. He must be so heartbroken. The first girl he decided to give a chance to, ended up dead. Liliana grew close with us all. Even I was sad that she died. My brother didn't deserve this.

Hours ago, we received a call from Liliana's parents saying that she was brutally murdered and was sent to them in a box. Her body was in pieces. As soon as Alessio heard the news, he just disappeared. I was worried about him.

We went to see Liliana's body and half of the family members were on the verge of vomiting. Liliana's body could hardly be called a body anymore. She was in pieces.

Her head was separated from her body. Her arms and limbs were cut off and placed around her. Her heart was shoved into her mouth and she had an eyeball in each ear. It was gruesome.

Whoever killed her, placed her in a box on which 'Rest in pieces' was written. The person who killed Alessio's girlfriend was a psycho.

Enzo pulled the car to a stop and we got out. The whole family were there, including Liliana's parents but Alessio wasn't there.

I took out my phone and texted Alessio, 'Where are you? Her funeral's about to start.'

'Start without me' he replied making me sigh in relief. At least he was fine, physically. I nodded at Enzo who then told the rest that Alessio wouldn't be coming.

After the funeral, we stayed in the graveyard, staring at her tomb. She was such a sweet girl. I don't know why she was killed but she certainly did not deserve this.

Liliana's parents left the graveyard along with Ricardo, Maria, Arabella and the others. Only me and Enzo were there. Nick returned with the rest.

"Who do you think did it?" I asked Enzo who glanced at me before looking at her tomb but he stayed silent.

"What?" I asked, knitting my brows, "you know who did this?"

"You saw how she was murdered?" He asked to which I nodded. He then sighed, "I know only one person who is sick enough to kill this way."

"Who?"

"Alessio" he replied making my eyes widen. He wouldn't...would he? Why would he kill his own girlfriend and that too like that? My brother was not insane-

"He liked her, Enzo." I said, "he wouldn't kill her. Even if he did, why would he? He would not have killed the first girlfriend he ever had in such a painful way."

"Are you sure about this?" Enzo asked, shoving his hands in his pockets, "when my father took him in...he would never talk. After around two months, he stated talking. He told us how his family was killed and his first name, that's it. My father then taught him how to defend himself, how to use a gun, weapons and all that. He then...forced these things on himself."
