WHAT IF

      From conversation to conversation we talked and laughed , I realised Andrew's mood seams to change with Hayden, even when talking to him , he seams so comfortable , I kept on wondering why and how they connected . it's even today that I realised that Mrs William is a free woman, funny and Hayden might know this but she loves him, somehow, I know we are pretending to be fine in our marriages at the moment, but hers is not pretence , its so natural , the way she touches his hand, the way she smiles at him , maybe she is just so good at pretending  .
      At this moment I even envied her, for having such a loving ,caring ,handsome husband .
              " Desert ....." Hayden said coming out of the kitchen carrying a couple delicious things on a large tray .
              " be careful love " Mrs William said following Hayden from the kitchen.
               " thanks honey " Hayden said serving each of us , Hayden knew exactly what I liked , I smiled at the fact that all he was putting on my plate was what we discussed in the park, he remembered. Yet sadly am not going to be able to them ,Paris has just forbidden me from too sugary things .
               " As promised " Leon said after a short while .
               " no just for today " I said to him with a smile
               " aren't your modeling shoots starting tomorrow " Andrew asked though his eyes on his plate . I gently rested my fork down ,this brought silence then silent giggles from Leon, Hayden and his wife.  My eyes were in Andrew but that was not it ,
                " Paris told me to mind of your sugar " Andrew added turning to me , That was it, knowing my shooting and my diet program. This when I remembered Paris commenting earlier , she said Andrew didn't look to well , she even asked why I didn't take the beautiful flowers but my focus was not Leon back then not her I ended ignoring her . It makes sense now , Andrew was there , he came by but didn't  meet me , or he saw me with Leon , I now get where the look in his eyes is coming from .
              " My bestie !!!!" I heard Amanda shout from a distance , we all turned to see her come through the door and there she was leaning on the door frame with a wide smile her eyes on me .
              " Amanda!!!! " Mrs William called trying to tell her to go back but Amanda came embracing me tightly .
              " Amanda " I called her
              " I know , I know " she said standing her eyes on Andrew . His eyes were also not Amanda.
              " I would like to apologize for interrupting but blame my parents for spoiling me " Amanda smiled .
              " your really your parents daughter " Andrew said turning back to his food .
               " Meaning " Amanda said her voice a little high . Hayden was just laughing , with Mrs William smiling
               " am just saying , your mother doesn't look to be the spoiling one but Hayden sure does" Andrew added .
Mrs William burst into laughter.
               " Andrew , " Hayden whined but all of were just laughing .
               " but I should continue to spoil my daughter so bustards would be afraid to marry her " Hayden commented .
               " don't you want our daughter to get married " the wife asked
                " I agree with dad, I would like to continue to be a burden to you all , that also means I would stay with Val forever " she happily said .
                " look at immature child of mine " Mrs William said .
                " it's a great plan though " Leon laughed agreeing with Amanda.
She turned looking at Leon and a tiny smile popped on her face , I could tell she liked what she saw .
                " do you think it's immature " she asked Leon not breaking the eye contact.
                 " I think it's brave and sexy " Leon smiled .
Amanda giggled her cheeks turning a little pink
                 " Leon , what am you putting in my daughter's head" Mrs William complained.  We all smiled but my focus was on how Amanda liked Leon .
                 " Nice to meet you Leon " she smiled brightly putting her hand forward to shake hands with him
                 " its lovely to meet you to Amanda " Leon said firmly taking in Amanda's hand into his .
                 " Amanda please excuse us " The mother said . I could not stop smiling at the way Amanda was so liking Leon , they both let go of each others hands , Amanda turned to her mother
                 " am already leaving , old people talk is boring " she said .
                 " I will be waiting for you Val" she said then turned going
                " oh Val " she turned
                " yes ," I looked at her
                " I know your very busy but shouldn't be too buried in work " she said .
                 " so for that matter , tonight we should go for the kiss and sex party " Amanda added.  I then discovered why she was telling this here , she wanted Andrew to know , indirectly asking for permission on my behalf
                " I will see " I said
                " come on " she whined.
                "Amanda is right , you should go " Andrew said .
                " yes and it's not nice to not listen to your husband Val " Amanda added  . They all giggled .
               " Nice to officially meet you Mr Smith " Amanda said then walked away .

             Shortly after , Mrs William also excused herself leaving us to talk about the business , as soon as we were done , Leon said he had things to do so he disappeared, Andrew and Hayden talked in Hayden's study as me and Amanda talked
           " who is Leon " she asked immediately.
           " he is like a make best friend or like a brother. " I said
           " how comes I had never met her " she asked
           " he was not around , he came back just recently " I said observing her. Amanda smiled
           " I can tell you like him " I said
          " am I that transparent " she asked
           " God !!! He is so hot , his muscles, his smile , then the depth of his voice ....mhmmmmmm" Amanda groaned. I looked at dear friend not blaming her at all , though I remembered when back then girls used to approach me cause of Leon and u remember being so angry and jealous yet today am so rolling with Amanda's  feelings , I would be happy if something happened between them , It just keeps me wondering if Leon would change his feelings from me to her, I would like tell her how he feels but its not time to break it to her ,it may make me a bad friend but why not give it a benefit of doubt that maybe ,maybe...  Someday , it may happen.
             As I look at her I wonder how she would react if I told her that the way she is fantasying Leon is the some way I am fantasying her father .  That worries me that my relationship with her would die , this kind of relationship where we are both lovers and best friends, if you need someone to kiss , we offer that to each other , if need a lover we are also there for each other , and we are free to date whoever we want and even get married married.  Much as we said jealousy shouldn't be involved in this relationship, Amanda does get jealousy at times especially if I have not been giving her time, care and attention enough , which is normal.
              I know that , there is a lot am hiding from her , even concerning her parents divorce , but maybe some things are better kept than said , it will bring more havoc in times of joy or ruin things more , that's what I think , I could be wrong but let's save it for now .
