                " or you beat me up , isn't that what you normally do " Much us Valerie was a bit breath less , she managed to say showing Andrew how  his threat meant nothing.
               " i don't care if you beat up even close to death Andrew " Valerie angrily said , Andrew had never seen this angry side of her , slowly he loosened his grip in her neck .
               " I swear though that I will not entertain the business of you involving my family in these our issues " Valerie shouted .
              " what the Fuck are you talking about " Andrew yelled punching the wall behind her .
              " why would I involve your ..." Andrew didn't finish his statement ,swallowed it remembering the last conversation he had with his father and father in law. 
              " now you remember, " Valerie said
              " do all the childish behavior of you keeping quiet and not wanting to solve issues with me but never involve my mother " Valerie angrily warned .
Andrew kept silent , he looked at his wife then made a few steps backwards.
               " I shall conceal the magazine" Andrew breathing hard he said
               " I will handle my magazine issues " Valerie still insisted.
For the first time she stood up for herself fighting or disobeying him on matters concerning Leon , it's Amanda she loves or Andrew himself , its Leon she loves . Andrew as well realized that .
               " Do you regret kissing Leon " Andrew quietly asked , his voice a bit sad. Valerie looked at him searching for an answer , honestly she does not , she knows it her self that she could do it again .
               "Do you love Leon ?" Andrew asked .
               " No , ...Are you still in love with Leon Collins " Andrew asked the right question. They looked at each other ,Andrew trying to search for answers in her eyes , she broke the eye contact looking down .
               " is that important right now " Valerie asked
               " ANSWER ..( he breathed out) me " he tried to calmly say .
               " ignoring communication is what you do most and know most yet today you want us to talk about this " Valerie said angrily.
               " your right " Andrew said angrily putting his tightly held fists in his hands.
               " let's do want I know most " he said calmly , but you could feel the heaviness and anger in the voice
               " hitting me then....."
               " NO " his voice firm and loud   . Valerie was surprised at this . Normally that how things got solved , today....
               " let's get divorced " Andrew firmly said . Total silence hit the room , Valerie's head spinning faster than it was before ,the expression in her face was beyond explainable . Jordy and Miss Ann froze together with the over hearing servants at large . Andrew himself would not want a divorce though now that it is confirmed that she loves Leon ,already there marriage was far from perfect, there was never love to start with.
              It's now a lie that Andrew is to hold onto things that can't work out for long , he proves that with business ,he handle business that he sees on profit in and even he had started on it and it showed signs of no hope he would let it go . What about now that this is encroaching on his personal life , he had already held onto it for long enough now , much as it didn't show hope of any future , it was quiet ,something he could live with ,and some how he had grown a new feeling for his wife but now that Leon has entered the picture , there is nothing to save .

               
                    " I am not allowing that " Valerie said completely not agreeing with him
                    " you should be happy about this , this is benefiting you " Andrew said
                    " what would be more grateful than being free from me " He added .
                    " I don't want the divorce your asking for , Andrew you know it your self that a divorce is hell than being in this marriage " Valerie shouted , straining herself more .
He knows , he is very aware of what will arise from there divorce and he understands because still most of his businesses shall be ruined due to the divorce .
               " I do not care whether you allow or not , I am so exhausted by this marriage " Andrew said
               " I am not , and do not talk about you being tired am pretty sure I should be the one complaining " Valerie said .
               " so help yourself but I am signing no divorce papers " she added .
              " its not about what you want ,it's about my decision " Andrew said harshly grabbing her hand leading the way pulling her with him .
Valerie tried to fight for him to let go but his grip so tight .
              " Andrew....  Andrew .  " she shouted but he just continued to pull her with him .
Andrew continued to pull her up to the stairs going to the upper floor when Valerie held herself tight on the stairs case rails . 
                " VALERIE!!!!! " Andrew turned yelling at her.
                " why are you such a coward running a way like a child instead of facing your problems " Valerie yelled
                " look who is speaking , how many of yours have you faced " he shouted.
                 " at least am staying not running " Valerie replied her voice a bit down
                 " Valerie ,this marriage is our biggest problem ,divorcing will be the best way to solve it " Andrew assured his face a bit close to Valerie's .
                 " it's not a problem to me anymore " Valerie softly said her voice more caught up . Tears in her eyes flooded and from the left eye tears run down her cheek .Andrew pulled himself a bit behind looking at her .
                " Andrew ...can we plea..." Valerie wanted to say closing her eyes shut, held the rail more tight and bending her head down a bit . she seamed very not okay , like she was in pain .
                " my decision is final " Andrew said pulling her up again.
                " Andrew STOP " she cried out pulling her had away from his , she tried to make a step back but she missed falling down hard then rotating down the stairs back to the first floor .
                " Mrs Smith!!!! " Miss Ann and Jordy rushed to her as soon as she landed .
Andrew didn't bother to look behind , this is what he has been avoiding, he had sworn not to ever bring harm on her again , he promised himself not to ever lay a finger on her and it's what he has been doing all night till the day he dies.  He had managed to control himself even when he lost it he came down again till now .
                  "Mr Smith !!!!" Jordy called with lots of worry . Andrew didn't want to know , he made steps going up
                  " ANDREW!!!!!" Miss Ann shouted as he continued to go .
He turned looking at them
                  "  Val..Valerie " he shouted worriedly on seeing the condition she was in .
She was down on the floor he eyes shut , tears rolling down , her body shaking ,not because she was cold it was movement she could not control. Her breathing was slow , she seamed to be struggling for air .
