Chapter 43

-William-

Can't believe I have to go to work today.
I just want to stay at home and be with Liam.
With me being pregnant,it's going to be harder for me to work.
I put my uniform on and made sure that it looks good.
After i was done,i head towards the kitchen to see Liam drinking coffee.

"William?why are you in your work uniform?"
"Pregnant or not,i have to go to work today"
"You know i can just cover for you right?"
"I know but I'll be fine, dont worry.."
"Fine..but if anything happens just call me okay?also if Cassidy and Gabriel lays a finger on you,they won't like what's gonna happen next"
"Of course hun...i should get going now"
"Do you atleast want coffee before you go?"
Liam says as he hands me over a mug filled with coffee.

The smell of it made me nauseous,so i pushed it away.
"No thanks...i think I'm good"
"Okay then.."

I sat in my office chair while doing some paperwork.
But then i hear a knock on the door
"Come in"

The door opened to reveal Susie,Danny and the others except for Cassidy and Gabriel.
"What's wrong?"
"Me and the others are wondering if we can all spend some time together after you do your work"
"Huh why not?i think it's a good idea"
"We tried to get Cassidy and Gabriel to come with us but they don't want to"Jeremy said while holding Fritz's hand.
"Oh that's okay..i know that they still don't trust me yet,so it's fine"
"Well,we better go now.sorry if we disturbed you on your work"
"No no it's okay Susie"

She nods and leaves the room with the others.
I sighed and leans on my chair.
Pretty soon I'm going to have a child of my own..
Oh god..
I have so many questions in my head that i don't think i can answer
How will I even give birth?
How did i even ended up getting pregnant?

I sighed loudly as i rub my temple.
I shouldn't be thinking about that now..i have work to do and the faster i do it the faster i can spend time with the children then head home and rest.

"Alright now where do you guys wanna go?"
"Ooh can we go to the park?it's been awhile since I've been there!"Susie said excitedly.
"Okay let's go then"
I opened the door for them and closed it behind me.

We walk towards my car before i open the door for them and they got in one by one.
I helped them put there seatbelts on before getting on my sit and closing the door.
I put my seatbelt on and turned around to see the children.
"Okay is everyone ready?"
They nodded.
I look over to Danny who is playing with his plushie beside me.
I smiled and began driving out of the parking lot.

We all got out of the car and i closed the door before locking it.
'up please'Danny wrote on his notebook.
I knelt down and he gets up on my back.
I stood up and look to see everyone staring at everything in awe.
"Come on let's go"

We walked into the park and as we are walking,Jeremy suddenly stops.
"What's wrong Jeremy?"
"I wanna see the duckies!"
"Okay okay we will see them"

We continued to walk untill we found a bench with a the lake near it.
Ducks are swimming on the lake and some on land walking around.
"Duckies!"Jeremy said as he runs off to the ducks.
"Be careful Jeremy!"
"Okay!"

I set Danny on the ground as he runs off to Jeremy to play with the ducks as well.
"What about you guys? what do you wanna do?"
"Playground!"they both said at the same time.
I look over to Danny and Jeremy who is petting the ducks.
"How about this we wait for Jeremy and Danny then we can go to the playground"
"Fine"

I watch as they play together as i just sit on the bench.
My eyes started to slowly close,i was just about sleep when a scream was heard.
I jolted awake and ran to the source of the scream.

There i see Susie sitting on the ground with her knee scrapped as she clutched her knee in pain.
The others stopped what they were doing and rushes to Susie.
I ran towards them and knelt down next to Susie.

"What happened!?"
"I-i fell while running"
I reach into my pocket and pull out a small pink bandage before putting it on her injured knee.
"There..next time be careful okay?"
"I will.."
I wiped her tears before hugging her.
"There there..does anything else hurt?"

She shook her head before i help her stand up again.
The others walk towards Susie and hugs Susie.
I just stare at them while trying not to cry because of cuteness.

"Are you okay Susie?"Jeremy asks with concern in his voice.
"I'm fine.."
"Don't scare me like that again!"Fritz said.
"I won't"

I plop down on the bed feeling exhausted.
I placed a hand on my abdomen and i was about to sleep when the door creaked open.
"Will"
"What.."i said in a tired tone.
"You know what never mind-"
"Just tell me"
"Uhh i um"
"What"
"The stove is on fire"
"Okay- wait WHAT"

I got up quickly and runs to the kitchen quickly.
And as expected the stove is on fire
F*ck
I took my hoodie off before going to the sink and making it wet.
(*Dirty thoughts intensifies*)

I put it on the burning stove before the fire stopped.
I sighed and turned to glare at Liam.
He scratched his neck nervously as i just keep glaring at him.

"Explain"
"Well uh- i was going to make you food since i figured you would be hungry then i left the kitchen for awhile and when i came back the stove was on fire"
"When you said "for awhile" how long did you left the kitchen?"
"Umm two hours?"

I pinched the bridge of my nose before sighing.
"I'm sorry bunny"
"It's okay.. just be more careful next time..we could've gotten burn alive because of you"
"I will"

He pulls me closer to him as he kissed me.
It only lasted for a few seconds before i let go.
"I'm gonna go to sleep now,don't bother me"
"I won't"
I head back to my room and plops down on the bed.
Soon my eyes started to close then before i knew it i fell asleep.
