I woke up expecting for Liam to be next to me only to find him gone.
He is probably downstairs
I got up before stretching and yawning.
I head downstairs and walked towards the kitchen only to find it empty.
That's odd..
I checked the living room and again it's empty.

I tried calling him with my phone but he didn't answer.
Where the hell is this guy?
Maybe he covered for me without telling me?
But he wouldn't do that unless he told me first..
I should probably go to work to see if he is actually there..

I went in the pizzeria and i went to my office to see if he is there.
Empty..
Okay..now I'm worried..
Where did he went..

The sound of a door creaking disturbed me from my thoughts.
I look to see Fritz at the doorway.
"Hi Mr. Afton!"
"Oh uhh..hi Fritz"
"Is there something wrong?"
"Well umm..have you seen Liam by any chance?"
"Umm no..?we haven't seen Mr. Liam today"
"Oh..thank you Fritz"
"No problem Mr. Afton"

Okay he didn't went in here today..
Where else could he have gone?
Maybe he just went to kill some people today..

And right on time she runs towards me before stopping and panting.
"Well,took you long enough"
"Sorry..but well I'm here now..so should we be going to your house?"

I nodded before holding her hand.
"Hey what are you doing-"
Before she could finish her sentence,i teleported both of us in William's house.
"This is my house and my husband is probably at work right now,but he should be home soon"
"Okay.."

There was an uncomfortable between us before Vanessa or Vanny decided to break it.
"So uhm..why exactly do you want me to take care of your Fiance?"
"Well..uhm i know this is kind of weird and you probably won't believe it but..he is pregnant"
"....excuse me..?"
"You heard me he is pregnant"

She stayed quiet before bursting into laughter.
"I- i- hahaha- nice- nice joke man! oh my goodness! a guy pregnant!? hah! What a joke!"
"...it's not a joke.i know it sounds ridiculous but believe it or not he is pregnant"
"Yeah- yeah right!"
"Just wait till he comes home,he will give you proof"
"Mhm..sure man"

I walked into the living room only to find Liam in his Glitchtrap form.
"Liam! Where the f*ck have you been!? I was worried!"
"Haha.. sorry love"
I noticed a girl behind him walks towards her.

"Liam who is she..?"
"Oh right! I hired her to be your personal nurse"
"I'm sorry what"
"Yep! She will take care of your needs when you are pregnant!"
"Liam,i may be pregnant but like i said I'm not dying! I can take care of my own! "
"I know! But what at least you will have a nurse when you are going to give birth"
"Liam she is not going to believe us!"

"Okay sorry to interrupt you guys but, it's impossible for this guy to get pregnant!"she said as she points at me.
"See what I'm talking about Liam!"
"Okay okay..how about this..we will show you proof that William is pregnant"
"Okay..that sounds good to me"
"William show her the pregnancy tests"
"..fine"

William showed the tests to her as she examines the objects.
"..this is still not enough proof,you both could be pranking me with these fake pregnancy tests"
"How is this not enough proof!?"
"I need stronger proof then this"
"...fine but what else do we need to proof to you that he is pregnant"
"..how long have you been "pregnant" for?"She said looking at William.

"I don't know..maybe..2 months?"
"That means i can already do an ultrasound on him"
"Okay..and aren't you supposed to have a device to do an ultrasound?"
"Yes..if you get the ultrasound machine in the hospital,i can do an ultrasound on him"
"And how am I supposed to know which one is the machine?"
"I'll come with you"

We teleport back into the house and we see William sitting on the couch.
"Well..how did it go? Did you get the ultrasound machine?"
"Yeah we did..and we almost got caught because of Vanessa over here!"
"It's not my fault! I didn't know that someone would actually come in the room"
"Okay knock it off you two! Listen here lady are you going to do an ultrasound on me or what!?"
"I will,you know what let's just get this over with!"

I laid down on the bed as Liam sits next to the bed watching Vanessa while she sets up the machine.
"There..now that that's done..let's get this started"
She got a tube of jell out of her bag before opening the tube.
"I'm gonna place this jell on your stomach and it's going to be a little cold"
"Ive handled worse..so just do what you gotta do"

I pulled my shirt up and at the corner of my eye i see Liam's face turning purple.
"Like what you see darling?"
"Oh shut up Will..I'm the top one here"
"Mhm sure you are"

I feel the gel touch my stomach as i winced a little.
Vanny rubbed the transducer around my stomach as she looks at the screen.
"... Holy shit.."
"What? what's wrong?"
"...this is impossible..on the screen shows a 2 months old fetus..but how is this possible!?your a guy!"
"Told you"
"Okay okay..are you transgender by any chance?"
"No?"
"Then how is it possible that you are pregnant!? Like i said your a guy! It's impossible for you to get pregnant unless you are transgender!"
"We don't know..we have been trying to figure that out but we still don't know how"

Vanny groans in frustration as she pinches the bridge of her nose.
"Okay okay..i believe you now..but what are you going to do with the child? You cant possibly carry it for 9 months straight! And how will the baby even even be delivered!?"
"We are going to keep it,and as for the last part..we do not know"
"*Sigh* I'll try to think of a way to deliver the baby..you can't give birth to it normally since..um..well you probably know why"
"We already know that"

Vanny looks over at the screen before looking at us again.
"Well..uhm..do you wanna see what the baby looks like?"
I look over to Liam and he nodded.
"Yes..we would love too"
She shows us flips the screen to us and what we saw shocked both of us.

On the screen shows a small blob in my abdomen.
"I- holy fuck..is that our child..?"
"Yep,that right there is a 2 months old fetus growing in your..uhm- uterus"
"Oh my god..Liam that's our child"
"Yes Will..it is"
"I'll leave you two be"Vanny said as she leaves the room

I stare at the screen as i am speechless.
"I..don't know what to say.."
"..have you thought about names yet?"
"No..i haven't..i want to do that with you since i want your opinion as well"
"Well..how about we start thinking about names once we know the baby's gender?"
"That's a good idea.."
"Mhm.."

Liam holds my hand as he caresses it.
"I love you Will"
