-STORE FRONT HUNTING-

I arrived at my next location. I honestly had three places in mind when it came to this whole thing with choosing my shopfront. I wasn't really picky because I knew that when the time came I'd end up having to expand. Yes I'm a bit optimistic but I know that with hard work I can truly make this vision work. I arrived at my first spot and parked the car. I get out of the car with my belongings and close the door. I lock the car and walk to the first building.

There was a handsome man waiting for me."Hi,how are you? My name is Epiphany." I said to him confidently. The last thing I needed was for him to think he can run one over on me. Especially of the fact that I was more so a foreigner than a local. I smiled at him and took his hand in mine. Giving him and firm shake and eye contact. "I'm doing well,how are you? My name is Albar." He replied. "I'm doing well, thank you. It's nice to meet you Albar." I said with a charming smile.

"This is the first building I will show you." He said leading me to a building that had was on the outside and inside. It was freshly painted and I could tell that it was well maintained by the realtor group. He walks to the door and pulls out a key opening it. He pushes the door open and walks inside. I follow behind him and walk inside. The inside was pretty simple, the floors were wooden. The walls were a plane shade of white. The Spence was actually quiet large to me.

"So this is a 2,000 square foot building. It starts at $10.00 US dollars per quart foot. I calculated it and it was not a bad price. I would end up paying about $20,000 for this space. Which is a lot of money but it's not bad for what I want to do. Now I don't meant to be a gold digger but moments like this requires for me to ask my sugar daddy's for a nice little trust fund. I know they wouldn't mind investing in me. I took a deep breath and locked this property in my head.

I'm not a rich young woman, but I just know that it's nice to be able to budget. I didn't mind looking at the other two because they were much smaller in square foot. I locked this location into my head and after ten minutes of exploring the one other room it had. I decided to go with my other two options. I walked out of the shop behind him and to my car.

About ten minutes later we meet at the second storefront. I get out of the car and walk to the front of the store front. He opened the door and we both walked in at the same time. "This is a little smaller. It does have two small offices. Along with a restroom. The best part about this place is that you can do a lot customizing to it. The walls are brick and on the other side it is kind of white. It also has two large shelf areas where you can put your products. There also space to add your furniture and whatever else you have in mind. This space will run you at about $1,500 a month which comes up to 18,000 for the year. The unique thing about this building is that you pay monthly. You can also pay for the whole year. You'd be paying $12.00 for 1,500 square feet." He said to me.

I nodded in acknowledgment. That's wasn't as bad. I knew that the next one would be smaller so I just decided to get it over with and seal the deal for this spot. If I need to expand I'll do exactly that. "Okay, I will honestly go with the first one. I want to involve my  godparent in this journey with me. So I will need room for about 3 to 4 people.. I had been transferring money from the online account Lazarus had set up for me. I didn't realize till now that Lestat was basically fueling it. He had put over $300,000 in there. I had the card number and all of that so I could transfer all of the money to my other cards. I transferred a good 50k and decided it would be best to pay everything in full and order all of my furniture for the place.

"Okay, I will meet you at my office and we will do the paper work." He said before we were leaving this spot. I walk to my car and get in. I turn on the car and shift the gear. I back out of my parking spot and onto the main road. I shift my gear and drive to the realtor office. About 25 minutes later I arrive. I parking the parking garage and turn off my car. I grab my belongings And walk to the elevator locking the car. I push the up button and it opens. I walk inside and press the first floor button. The door closes. It dings and then travels to the floor. The door dings open and I walk out. I walk to the front desk and ask for my realtor.
The beautiful lady at the desk who had an Afro and a pink flower in her hair that matched her matte lipstick spoke suddenly. "This is the paper you need to sign in." She said. I took it and wrote all of my information. I handed it back to her. She took it and I put all of the information I tot the system. Soon after she tells me to go to his office. About two minutes later I was seated across form him. I signed all of the contracts and swiped my card. I then wait about ten minutes for him to make copies and sign what he needed to sign. Not long after he prepared a thick packet of copies and information about the storefront. He also gave me the key. "This is everything you need. I will be sure to have all your utilities on by Monday." He said. I thanked him.

"I will be in contact with you. I am so thankful for such a smooth process. I will be sure to let my godfather know about this and he will also be in contact with you." I said as he walked my to the elevator. He came in with me. "That is my pleasure and I will define there for anything. Just let me know if you need absolutely anything." He said to me. We got to the ground floor and he walked me to my car. I thank him and got in. He walked away and to the elevated. I put my thick folder on the passenger seat and turned on the car. I was so happy about this. I'm making so much progress.
