"What's with the face Jen?" Irene asked when she saw the girl sitting down at the pub counter followed by Lisa and Nayeon.
"No Chaeyoung yet?" Wendy asked after.
"obviously" Lisa snorted that earned a glare from the cat-eyed girl.
"It was pure hell I tell you!" Nayeon told them.
Irene and Wendy just laugh at how miserable Jennie looks, that is how good friends they are. The bartender placed bottles in front of the newcomers.
"Can we have the usual please?" Nayeon asked the waiter tending to them.
Amidst of the energetic ambiance in Reveland, Jennie remained cold faced. Well, Rosie's been away for three days already. When they became an official couple and set the date for their wedding, she would always travel with her fiancee whenever she goes around Korea or fly to another country for a race. However, Chaeyoung's latest competition was in Paris and she wasn't able to go with her because of a very important meeting.
Instead, Rosie's protegé, Shin Yuna, flew with the racer. Rosie promised the kid that she'll teach her and will guide her if ever she wanted to become a racer too.
"You know you're acting like a lovesick dumpling" Irene teased.
"Am not" Jennie said. "I just miss her."
"Jennie, no need to worry. She'll be back like she never went away" Wendy assured her.
"Try harder Wendy. We tried everything to make her feel better but it just gets worst" Nayeon said before she took a bite from the burger that was served.
"Trust me" Wendy said smiling.
Jennie, Nayeon and Lisa were sitting on a bar stool with their back to the door and therefore could not see why Wendy and Irene are smiling.
A second later Jennie was turned around and had lips on hers. She kissed back immediately, hands automatically rested on that someone's waist, wrapping it around as she tries to pull the taller girl closer. Even though she was surprised and it was sudden, she knew how her fiancee's lips taste like.
They were kissing as if Chaeyoung had gone for a year instead of just three days. They also didn't mind their friends and other guests that witnessed everything until they felt some flying crumpled tissue thrown at them.
They pulled back and Jennie had this weird satisfied smile on her face.
"Wow" was the only thing that Jennie can say.
"Hi, Love" Chaeyoung said with a big smile in her face.
It felt like the first rain after years of drought. Jennie just looked at Chaeyoung not caring about anybody else in that pub for the second time.
"Get a room" Jisoo said the moment she saw the two lovebirds upon entering the pub with Seulgi on tow.
"No need to tell me" Jennie said and pulled Chaeyoung out of the pub earning some cheers from the other members and some gagging noises from their friends.
"Yah! We haven't even said hi and congratulations to Chaeyoung" Irene shouted but Jennie just raised her middle finger that earned some booing and laughter from them.
