📖 Excerpt from CLUELESS (part 3)

12 year olds (6th grade) Jennie and Jisoo
11 year old (5th grade) Chaeyoung
School play (theater club)
Jennie is an under study for the role of the prince (hey, it's a theater play anyone can play the role if they are qualified, no matter their gender is).
Chaeyoung as a princess and Jisoo as the fangirling witch because her ship is sailing.
Jisoo might or might not have tripped Eunwoo the prince causing the poor boy to have twisted his ankle and was brought to the infirmary.
However, dress rehearsals need to continue so they don't have a choice but to put Jennie on stage. Jisoo was doing exceptionally well on rehearsals, the teacher praises her naturally perfect evil laugh because no one else knew it was authentic.
When it was time for Princess Chaeyoung's scene where she meets the prince in the woods, Chaeyoung perfectly delivered her lines however, there is a little problem.
Jennie was stoned on her spot.
"TEACHER! JENNIE STOPPED WORKING! CHAEYOUNG QUICK! GIVE HER RPC NOW" Jisoo shouted.
Jennie was just looking at Chaeyoung, who at that time is wearing a lavender silk dress that flows perfectly down to her feet. Her hair is done with a half tied bun and some tresses falls messily to her face.
"Nini?" Chaeyoung asked, gesturing Jennie to say her lines.
"Jisoo please refrain from shouting" the teacher said.
"It's CPR, Jisoo" Jihyo the prompter whispered.
"Jennie, say your lines now dear" the teacher told Jennie this time.
"I- I need to go to the toilet" Jennie said and ran to the backstage and straight went to the restroom.
"Uh... 10 minutes break!" Jisoo shouted and ran after Jennie.
