We came inside and took off our shoes. I grabbed us both some pyjamas and we changed into them, putting our wet clothes into the dryer.

I grabbed some extra blankets and made us both a cup of tea. We sat down on my bed, the biggest blanket wrapped around the both of us, Peter's arm around my shoulder.

We decided to watch the movie Scream since it was Halloween.

"Peter," I said looking up at him. I couldn't wait any longer to tell him, not after what just happened in the rain.

"Yeah?" he said looking down at me and pausing the movie.

"I have something I need to tell you..." I started. This is a lot harder than I thought it would be.
(that's what she said)

"What is it?"

"Okay, but you have to promise that you won't tell anyone that you know this, okay?"

"Okay, I promise"

"I'm sorry and, I know that I should've told you sooner I-" I let out a long sigh. "I haven't really told you the truth about my identity."

"What are you an axe murderer or something?"

"No!" I laughed. "But this is serious. You know the um Avenger, Wanda Maximoff?"

"Sure"

"Well- we're related."

"Like cousins or something?" Oh, jeez.

"No, closer than that- she's my mom" Peter laughed, clearly thinking I was joking. I lifted my hand, a small ball of red energy forming in my hand.

"Oh shit, you're being serious" That was the first time I've ever heard him swear, it was kind of cute.

"Yeah." I said quietly, playing with the ball in between my fingers for a moment before it disappeared and I put my hand down. "Are you mad at me? For not telling you?"

"No, I mean, I didn't tell you about my superpowers so, it's kind of like karma I guess." He smiled at me and I rested my head against his chest. "Well, not exactly karma, but you know what I mean"

"Yeah, I always know what you mean" He continued playing the movie. Even though I wasn't looking at him I could tell that he was smiling. And I was too. I soon fell asleep to the comforting thud of his heartbeat.

Next Saturday...

Peter had been practically living with me since Halloween. He spent most of his time after school here and stayed until it was dark out. Some nights he even slept over. I wondered why he was allowed to do this, and why his Aunt May never seemed to be upset with it. I was allowed to because, well, my parents would be gone for at least two months, maybe more, and had no idea about Peter. Even though I miss my parents, I'm kind of glad they're gone this time because I get to spend more time with Peter.

Peter was downstairs getting some water when I jumped up on my bed and yelled, pointing down at the floor.

"Peter! Oh, my god! Peterrrr!!!!" He came running upstairs.

"What?! What's wrong"

"There's a mini you on the ground!" He looked confused. "A spider! There's a spider! Oh, god kill it!" Peter grabbed a piece of paper from my desk and scooped up the spider carrying it outside and killing it. "Did you remember to kill it?" I asked when he came back up to my room.

"Why?"

"Because if you didn't it might come back for revenge!"

"Of course I killed it" He laughed when he realized I was being serious.

"Are you lying to me?"

"No, I'm not" I read his mind just to make sure. He wasn't lying, he did kill it. "But a mini-me? Really?" he said walking over and picking me up bridal style in his arms.

"Sorry, how can I make it up to you?"

"I don't know yet... can I think about it and tell you later?"

"Sure" I said planting a kiss on his cheek.
