Chapter Fifteen

"Honeys I'm home!" I yell my magic flowing through the whole castle to ensure I am heard. Loki pops up in front of me scooping me into his arms before Pietro runs and tackles us to the ground pushing Loki off of me peppering my face with kisses before finishing with one wet one."

"Mm, I missed those lips." I say slowly peeling my eyes open looking at his smiling face.

"Can I get up now?" I say laughing.

"I quite like you under me so I don't t think so."

"You know I could flip you right off me if I wanted to right?"

"It's the fact that you won't that turns me on." He purrs next to my ear until we hear someone clear their throat. He scurries off of me and I quickly sit up with a smile looking at Matteo.

"I missed you so much, they're a lot to handle without you, full time job." I laugh and pull him to the floor into a tight hug and he hugs me a for a moment before pulling away to fix my hair.

"Thanks for watching them for me." I say as Natasha helps me get up pulling me into a kiss. I go around giving each of my mates love and attention before having them sit and explain what's about to happen.

"So I went to Jorba-"

"Lame secret mission we've been there." Peter (Q)) interrupts.

"Shut the hell up let her speak." Sam says leaning forward crossing his arms.

I explain everything that's happened over the course of the last week including our new neighbors.

"Marianna.. what have you done my love?" Tony says pinching the bridge of his nose.

"I- I thought-"

"You never think! Just do!" I open my mouth to say something but Fury stops me saying something first.

"She cleaned up my mess Stark. The only options were go to war with the Crogans, go to war with the species that invaded the Crogans planet or let them come to Earth. Without Yanis we'd be at war."

"Well now she will be a felon who brought a foreign species to America. Humans get arrested for crossing borders or helping people cross borders you don't think the American government isn't going to arrest those aliens and most likely run all sorts of tests and shit on them right before they come and arrest your ass?!" Tony yells. My eyes fill with tears and my heart races.

"I j-just wanted to save as many lives as possible, I'm sorry y-you're right I'm reckless, stupid, fuck what am I gonna do." I say pacing around freaking out but Tony grabs my hands stopping me looking at me softly.

"We. What are we gonna do. You're not stupid, a little reckless but in the best way possible. I'm sorry for yelling like that I'm just scared for you." I nod wrapping my arms around his waist burying my face in his chest closing my eyes for a moment.

"They're going to be here soon what are we going to do?"

"Well I hate to be captain obvious but the solution is simple, they don't come to America but Wakanda." T'challa says confidently.

"Are you sure? I don't want our people to hate me, I want the best for Wakanda." I say moving out of Tony's arms into T'challas.

"I know my love and so do I. What better way to further Wakanda and our technology but with a different species, completely different minds. America will be jealous they didn't have the chance to home the Crogans." I kiss him and smile against his lips.

In that case, I think Asgard has a bit of room for these Crogers." Loki says.

"Crogans but thank you, both of you, I was scared I was going to be responsible for a fourth of a species being arrested and tested on or killed."

"Sorry." Tony says softly.

"Don't be. You were right. I need to be smarter than this. Think about what I'm doing."

"To be fair you made the choice you thought would cost no lives, create no war." Steve says moving behind me wrapping his arms around T'challa and myself giving us a good squeeze before pulling back.

"Your life is crazy." Matteo says. Damn I forgot he was here.

"It is. I'm sorry Matteo but know that no matter what we will keep you safe and make sure you know how to keep yourself safe."

"I didn't t say it was bad. Just crazy." He smiles.

"What you all do is awesome. You save the world! The galaxy!" He says amazed eyes widening.

"Well I'm glad you feel that way." I say relieved.

"Okay we need to get things sorted with the Crogans, and things ready for them in Wakanda and Asgard." I say moving to Lokis side.

"Take me to their ship, they should be orbiting around Earth." He does as I say and in a moment we're on the ship with guns pointed at us. Lord Caine quickly calls them off and pulls me aside completely ignoring Loki much to his dismay.

"Are we ready to go Goddess?"

"Almost, there's been a slight change of plans, instead of staying at the Stark Tower like I said you guys could you guys get to stay in Wakanda which if you want to ask me is a huuuge upgrade and not only that but some lucky Crogans get the deluxe upgrade and get to go to Asgard, the planet where I gained my godliness." I say nervously in one breath and he smirks taking my hand. Loki pushes it off and wraps his arms around me.

"Any further business with my wife and you'll have to speak with me, Mariannas husband, Loki Yanis Laufeyson, God of mischief-" I slightly nudge him to stop and he takes me cue but continues glaring at Lord Caine.

"I'm quite sorry Lori was it? Marianna and I have a unique friendship, she melted my face!" He says clasping his hands together happily." Lokis face twists.

"Is that okay Lord Caine? We obviously won't split up families but does that sound agreeable?"

"Only if you drop the formalities and call me Caine much like you do with King Avian and Queen Samah." I feel Loki tense in anger and I discreetly rub his back letting him know he has nothing to worry about with this scrub.

"Of course Caine. Let's get you all settled in."
