Two weeks came and went, you and the baby were doing much better. Aaron was still sleeping in the den and you both avoided the dreaded subject of marriage. You knew you needed to talk but there wasn't much for you to say. You spoke your truth and so did Aaron, so what did this mean for the two of you?
You were on your last day of bed rest and ecstatic to be returning to work. You were almost seven months pregnant and the nursery was almost completed. You spent your time off getting things in order for the baby. Aaron had been away for a case the last few days, the kids missed him and honestly, you did too. Luckily the team arrived home this morning.
As you park your car at the kid's school, Y/d/n was kicking your stomach nonstop. You shook your head and giggled, as you looked up your eyes made contact with Jack's.
His eyes lit up, "Mama!"
You held your arms out wide, "my baby! Where's Gracie?"
Jack shrugged, "I don't know. I think she is still with her teacher."
You giggle and smile, "Okay, well let's go get her! We have some errands to run today!"
As you walk towards Grace's classroom and teacher you still don't see your little girl.
Your eyebrows furrowed as you approached the teacher, "Hi, Mrs.Harris. Is Grace with you?"
"Oh, Mrs.Addams! Your husband told me you had to work, so he picked her up today!" The teacher smiled kindly.
"My-what do you mean? Andrew isn't even supposed to be on the school grounds! How did the school let this happen! So my daughter is just gone!?! Is that what you're telling me!?!" You began to hyperventilate.
Mrs.Harris became frantic, "Ma'am, I am so sorry! I must've missed it in the release form! I'll call him immediately!"
"You do that!" you sat down on a bench and called Aaron.
"This is Aaron Hotchner."
"Aaron! I'm picking the kids up but Gracie isn't here! I-I spoke to the teacher and i-it was Andrew! He picked her up from school early. And I already asked her why-"
"He did what!?!"
You realized what was happening, "Andrew has kidnapped Gracie!" You stood up and your eyes darted throughout your surroundings. You were hoping to see or find any trace of Grace.
Aaron cleared his throat, "Honey, stay there! The team and I are on our way."
You sat down on the bench once again and tried to take a deep breath. You hoped Grace was going to be okay but you weren't sure. God only knew how close Andrew was to snapping. You had Jack sitting next to you, he was hugging your arm tight.
"Everything is going to be alright Jack. Dad and Mama are going to find her..." you hoped.
"O-okay, promise?"
"Yes, I promise," you held your breath. If you couldn't find Grace, you knew Andrew would be your next target.
An hour later the team and Aaron were at the school and went to work. You are in your car driving around, trying to see if Andrew was still in the area.
You held in your tears, you weren't going to break. You were holding onto hope. Aaron wanted you to go directly home but that was the last place you'd go today. You thought long and hard as to where he might've taken Grace. There wasn't anything that called out to you. Maybe your old house you thought but that would be to cliche. Right? You still had to check.
With your car stopped in front of your old house, you called Aaron. He didn't answer so you left a voice message:
"Hi, it's me. I think I know where Andrew might've taken Gracie. I'm at the old house. Call me when you can. I'll try to call you with an update."
