Asta's POV

First things first we go to grab something to eat and drink, and some of the villagers offered to taste test a brand new tea made by themselves. It's served in a tall glass instead of a cup, and inside it has pieces of different fruits that goes well with the chosen blend. They also give us a straw and patiently wait with notebooks in their hands to write down what they should change. I slurp through the straw and when I chew the fruit together with the tea, it's sooo good, man!

"Y/n, how do I say it's really good?" I ask with my lips smashed on the straw. She whispers it in my ear and god the sounds of her language are so hard to recreate! I hope I say it right! "Tha e uabhasach math!" I exclaim with a thumbs up and the villagers rejoice with strong nods and happy smiles. It sounded broken, but thank god they understood me anyway.

"Boy, mine is too sugary." Dad coughs and growls and then kneels next to me. "Can I try yours?"

"Sure!" I hands my straw and my glass and I watch him chewing and then nodding satisfied. "Do you want mine and I take yours?"

"No son, it's fine- Huh?" I do it anyway and go over Y/n who waits for her drink. She took her time choosing what combination of tea and fruit to go for. "Asta, give me the glass-"

I chug down everything and he was right. It's a sugar bomb this tea but it's going down my throat whatever I like it or not, and then with a satisfied smirk I give him the glass he asked. "Here. And next time please don't make it so sweet, you'll give people some disease."

"I overdid it.... I thought that combination was good, but I kinda forgot all those fruits were very sweet and sugary..." he comments playing with the straw and a light blush on his face, which to be honest is the very first time I see him blush. He's too adorable for his sizes. "Y/n my dear, how's yours?"

"I killed it!" she has a glass full of colors and hands it over to us to try. "Jasmine tea base with a few drops of mint and lime, as fruits I added mixed berries and mango."

"Oh damn..." Dad swears and holds his mouth as he chews and Y/n high fives the villagers. "Here Asta, try it." he passes me the glass and goes to order one for himself while we chuckle at him.

This while scenario has something ridiculous in it but also wholesome. The stand is not that big, but seeing a giant like dad bent then crouching to have a conversation with his people blesses my heart and makes me chuckle. "Y/n, take it. It's kinda too sour for me, not a fun of this."

"You don't like it? Aw, that's a shame." she approaches me and adds: "Can I try yours?"

"Dad has it." I point at him with a giggle. "He said his was too sugary. Man, that coated my tongue with sugar for real."

"Da~d." The Lord turns when my sister calls for him and she gestures towards me with her head. "You're too excited for a new tea to the point of forgetting you stole Asta's?"

"Did I?" I swear I never laughed so hard in my life. The moment he realizes he has my glass, he begins to apologize with me first but when he stands he drags the stand with him, and under the lead of panic, he tries to fix everything but he became so goofy he somehow worse the situation. "I am mortified, I am so sorry!"

The villagers laugh with us and try to reassure the Lord that he didn't do anything, they can rebuild the stand in a second there is no need to panic that much. We both end up dragging him by his vest as the villagers told us to do so, and our father keeps massaging his head with a pout. Eventually Y/n give him her drink with the excuse she doesn't want it anymore and I share mine as we watch the tall king blushing with happiness.

Next thing on the list is to play a popular game here. It's called Narah and I don't know the rules yet, Dad and Y/n want to explain them once we arrive somewhere we can play it. So we head in the woods and when we follow the river, it turns into a lake that ultimately becomes a giant waterfall. Once here, dad uses his magic so the pretty lake gets frozen and creates blades underneath our feet. Oh no, I have to skate again... ? I'm terrible at it!
