tales from Belwood: early days.

Episode 38 - preperations.

With the trio of Circe, Kevin and lucy getting into the rustbucket, they crashed in to find the rest of the team waiting for them.

Rex: hey guys, where's the fight?

Circe: over, for now. But van Kleiss is doing something under the city. He's filling the sewers with Abysus dirt.

Max: that can't be good.

Bobo: no, it's worse than that. That dirt is unstable nanites. Stable nanites make me, rex and Circe. Unstable nanites explode and can decompose a lot of things almost instantly to try and stabilize itself.

Hey all look at him astonished.

Bobo: I was locked away for a week before rex busted me out of providence. You'd be surprised how much I actually know about his stuff.

Rex: if underground is filled with unstable nanites then we need to evacuate everyone.

Lucy: what should I do with this thing?

They look at the forever knight's helmet in the jar that lucy was holding and they all looked shocked.

Ben: what are you doing with that?

Kevin: I sole it to try and figure it out. I've been having visions from the forever knight, and I needed to figure out why and how. But this thing won't talk unless it's on someone.

Gwen: how did you figure that out?

Circe: because I've been there helping him. It manages to grab onto him at one point.

Noah: so that "Project" you guys have been working on...

Circe: yes, it was this.

Ben: you of all people should know how dangerous that thing is.

The rustbucket get's moving and everybody straps themselves in. max, ben, Gwen, Kevin, all sitting in the front seat, the rest sitting at the table with Bobo sitting further back.

Noah: how are we supposed to evacuate Bellwood?

Max: we'll get providence to help.

They get to providence and burst there way in for the umpteenth time, running into the central room where max explained everything to white knight and six.

White: you can't expect me to authorize an Evacuation of Bellwood based on the ramblings of an old me.

Lucy was still in her humanoid Lenopan form and quickly shifted to her human form, DR holiday walking in to check on her commotion, slipping on some of the mud that lucy dragged in.

DR holiday: where did all of this mud come from?

Lucy: sorry, that was me.

White: what is that you are carrying max?

Max: I almost forgot I still have this thing. It's the helmet of the forever knight.

White: I thought I'd never see that helmet again.

Rex: you knew this guy?

White: he was an old colleague of mine, he worked with me and black knight, but while we focused on the nanites, he wanted to focus on protecting earth from aliens. Unlike the plumbers he waned them gone, not negotiated with. We eventually went our separate ways.

Kevin: he's currently 2000 years in the past. Lost to a time tunnel.

White: we can discuss this more later. As for right now you need to explain to me how I'm supposed to evacuate Bellwood when you've busted into my base and have no evidence to supports your clams.
