悪魔に対する悪魔、対面...

We stood there, looking for any shelter

"What can we do? This is really... BOG-32" Emma said looking around

"What does it mean?" Gilda asked

"There's nothing here!" Anna said

"No sign of any kind... Nothing at all..." Don said

Ray handed me the binoculars "So, can you see anyone in this area? Any humans?" He asked me

"I think there's... No one..." I said

"So Minerva isn't here, after all?!" Alicia exclaimed confused

"BUT WHY?!" Chris added

{We came all the way here... For nothing? What to do...}

"LIAR, LIAR, PANTS ON FIREEE!! HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE!!" Alicia and Chris started rampaging through the others "HE TOLD US TO COME VISIT!! AND WE CAME AAALL THE WAY!!"

I could legit see smoke coming out of their ears as their face turned red

"Feeling at least a bit better now?" Ray asked them

"Yeah!" Alicia and Chris said

"Then calm down and listen. If Minerva is the one going back and forth between the worlds... Then he won't always be on the Demons' side. And even if the demons usually avoid these deserted areas... Imagine if humans just stood around like sitting ducks, or if they lefy obvious signs... They wouldn't last long, right? Emma, the pen" Ray said

"Ah, here" Emma said handing him the pen

"Yesterday, I found out about the next part. The contents of the pen go on after what we had seen" Ray explained

"And what did the next part show?" I asked raising an eyebrow

"Nothing at all. To be more precise, nothing I could see" Ray answered

"What do you mean?" Emma asked

"I couldn't access the rest of the data. I'm sure I put in the right answer, but even then... No matter how many times I tried, I could only see as fat as Minerva's message from before. Ever since way back then, when Norman didn't leave Emma clear instructions to memorize it all... I've been wondering whether that extra information was something we'd only need once out in the field. But that wasn't it. I got it wrong. Norman, too, couldn't access the data in the house. I think that's because... The pen will only show the next part once you bring it to a certain location" Ray explained

"You mean..." I said with a smile

"Exactly. Here in BO6-32" Ray said and handed the book to Don "Let's give it a try"

"First..." Ray mumbled, and not going to lie, I felt like a little kid as I screamed out what to do too

""Touch me"!" Jemima, Yvette and I said excitedly

After then, "Page 45, Line 3, 3rd word!!" Alicia, Dominic and I yelled

"Right!" Don replied

"Huh? The code word is different from before..." Emma said

"Does it change every time? What a pain" Nay groaned

"Here's Minerva's message! Next!" I said

"Now let's see. This is the part where it only showed an error message" Emma said

{But if Ray's theory is right... This time it should work... If nothing comes up... We're really screwed}

"PAGE 108, LINE 15, 1ST WORD... "HISTORY"" Don said

"THE WORD IS "HISTORY"" Don repeated

"COME ON!!" Chris and Alicia yelled

Suddenly it changed to a somewhat base?

"It worked!!" Chris and Alicia celebrated

"But... What's this.." Jemima questioned

"It's a map... There's an underground entrance! Its around that area! Go look for it!" Ray yelled

I was running around until something opened below me, making me squeak

They turned to me surprised and we found the underground entrance

We opened it and there was a ladder down, we climbed down and reached a room with hallways. We heard somone on the last door and opened it to be faced with a man

"Hi there" He greeted, he was holding a cup in his hand

{A Man. A human being. Is he really...}

"You've come a long way. Congrats... And welcome to shelter BO6-32"
