Ahh, I can't describe how good it felt to sleep on a mattress again. I swear I almost cried in my sleep

Emma woke up early and clapped pots and pans together to wake us up and that was annoying, I had a good dream

We fixed our mattress, I was just collecting mattresses when Dominic and Rossi came up to me

"We made our beds right and proper! Can we go yet?!" Dominic and Rossi asked

"Sure! Go ahead and enjoy it! You've been waiting for this since last night, right?" I asked but they just disappeared out of my sight making me chuckle

The boys went first to take a bath with each other as the girls waited and prepared their clothes

I was a bit worried so I headed over to Emma who just finished preparing all the clothes

"Emma... Uhm, do the girls have to shower together?" I said nervous

She nodded "It's more fun that way! And also..." She paused

She grabbed my shoulder "Im sorry. Because of me, a gun was pointed at you, even shot"

I removed her hands on me "It's fine, after all. I pushed you" I reminded

She shook her hand "Still! I'm sorry!" She said

A bit awkward in the shower as we all took a shower together in the bathtub

I wore clean clothes which impressed me very much. I even got to tie a bow on my neck (I liked it on my neck), then the blouse? I folded the sleeves a bit because it was a wee bit big, for the bottom, I wore the same shoes and I wore pants because I preferred it over some skirts

We could finally wash clothes, and also the smallest was still too big for the younger ones

"Have a nice meal!"

"This shelter is seriously impressive" I said

Ray nodded "There's a working toilet, bathtub, kitchen... And even a vegetable garden, somehow! It's much more than I could expect. The water is drawn from a large underground reserve. And we employ both geothermal energy and organic waste matter to generate electricity. If the power runs low, there's an auxiliary generator able to run on a different fuel"

"Organic waste matter?" Don question, Ray whispered it to Don which made him yell it out

"WHA-WITH POOP?! FOR REAL?!" Don blurted out

"And kitchen garbage, I said!" Ray added

These two almost made me barf out the food I just ate

"DON!! RAY! WE'RE EATING HERE!!" Gilda scolded them

"To put it another way, as long as we're careful, we won't be lacking in water or energy. Waste production will stay minimal, too" Ray said

"The food stockpiles were running low, but..." Emma paused, as I looked away

"Well sure, that guy has been at them for 13 years..." Don said

"I've spotted birds outside. And lizards and snakes too" I said, seeing Lanion's face lit up with excitement

"The supplies we brought with us are holding out better than expected, too. Musica gave us several different seeds to plant... We can try and convert one room into another "Garden". This is a place where we can live" Emma said smiling

"Yeah. Minerva is gone, there's some weird guy around, and plabry of questions to answer... But still. BO6-32 Is the ideal home" Ray said

"And in this home. We're safe. We're clean. Got a group of our size, this place should provide for us comfortably got a long time. We won't be lacking in food either" Emma said

This is good.
We can stay around here.
First, the 15 of us escaped... Bringing everyone older than 5.
And we did it... We found a living space where we can live.
It was hard, but we did arrive without losing anyone

We were in a room, explaining what we'd do next

"Phil and the other kids also deserve to know the happiness. All of our family must go together in the human world" Emma said

I nodded "Yeah"

"Oh, how bad I want to meet the kids again... And Norman..." Emma said with a smile

"We will meet Phil and the kids one day" Ray asurred her "That's why we're looking for leads, right?"

"Yes! We've already found the archive room... Let's start by looking got Minerva! The keys of this mystery must be hidden among the archived materials... And with that man"
