the shelter's morning starts with the clang of pots and pans.

We've been living here
for a month and a half.

Our family now has 63 members. Of all aged and personalities. The
farms we came from are also diffrent. Even so,
Everyone's getting along.
Cooking, cleaning, gathering food, and plenty more. Everyone has a task.

It's more cramped than the house. And we have less food. But we're smiling everyday. And we made new friends. There's always something to work on. We're all happy with life.

Emma and Ray told me to rest for a bit because of my last injuries but I really had nothing else to do but to stay in the bedrooms

I glanced around and saw a notebook beside Emma's bag and I grabbed it

{Wait? Huh? I left this at Grace Field. Did someone bring it?}

Gilda came inside, she was about to call me for lunch I think. She saw me reading the cover of the book and she chuckled

I turned to her confused, "Emma found that in her bag. She was confused and didn't know who it was from" Gilda said

"I-I... Wait I'm pretty sure I left this-" Gilda stopped me

"Actually, I saw you packing that but accidentally put it in Emma's bag. I brushed it off, I thought it was something important" Gilda added

"Oh-Uh! Wait-Did you read this?!" I said clutching the notebook in my arms

"Emma said she read the first few pages before she saw the your name at the back" Gilda said

{Stupid me! I should've wrote my name at the front of the cover instead of the back}

"Anyway, is it lunch?" I asked

"Oh, yeah!" She said and we walked to the dining table

{Hmm... Emma and Ray seems to still be in the room}

"First we must contact our allies"

"Yes. But we need to ensure that it's still possible" Yugo said

"To start, we'll need to fix any broken circuitry. And after that-" Nigel said, his hat was off so whenever I looked at him with his hat off I always thought that he was a diffrent person

"But... Is it really okay to contact them?" Sonya said "If some of our allies have already been captured, don't you think there's a chance that our enemies could come after us? Disguised as our "allies"... If we restore the connection, this place might be located..."

"Minerva did, indeed, tell us about that risk" Lucas told Sonya

"Did you know this was here?" Chris asked, he was riding Yugo

"No, not at all" Yugo answered

"To think there was a place like this underneath us..." Don said

"A telepgone..." Oliver said

"To be able to contact our allies, from this phone we need to put in the designated numbers. Then say that you will come back within 24 hours. I'll go ahead" Emma said and pressed some button but no answer
