Y/n's POV:

Surprisingly, our plan to 'fool' uncle worked wonders. As soon as I put on my clothes and exited Jungkook's room, he entered via the front door. He was delighted to see me and really happy to know that we were paying so much attention to our studies that we woke up early to go to the library... That part made me feel a little guilty, but I got over it when he offered to make us breakfast.

Taehyung was fixing himself a cereal bowl when we entered home, Jungkook came with me after taking a shower at his place;

"Morning" he beamed at Jungkook and I.

"Good morning" I smiled.

"Hey" Jungkook responded, picking Yeontan up.

"Sleep well?" Taehyung had a sly smile on his face.

"The best ever" Jungkook looked smug, "she fits really well with me, you know?"

"Oh does she now?" Tae smirked, "she fits really well against me too."

"Oh fuck you both" Jimin stepped out of Taehyung's room, scratching his head lazily. He was wearing one of Tae's pajamas.

"What are you doing here?" Jungkook asked, sitting beside Taehyung at the table.

"Besides regretting the moment I decided to stay the night, not realizing that I'd have to hear you two gloat early in the morning?" he rolled his eyes, "good morning angel" he put his hand on my arm and smiled, giving me a longing kiss.

I smiled into the kiss, "Morning Jimin."

"You wanna grab dinner with me tonight?" he asked as soon as we parted.

"Sounds good" I nodded.

"Let's go for a drive then" he gave my head a little pat and headed straight to the refrigerator to take out a juice tetra pack.

Jungkook rolled his eyes while Taehyung simply smiled, "enjoy your date, guys" he remarked, "oh also, is there a particular dress code for tomorrow night?"

"What's tomorrow night?" Jungkook asked.

"Right, I forgot to tell you" I said, "so you know Jimin cleared his audition? There's a welcome party for everyone who was selected."

"Whoa, that sort of thing happens? They throw parties for people they just selected?" Jungkook seemed shocked.

No they don't, I thought. This is for you...

"Apparently" Jimin nodded, "and I can get a plus one-"

"So you're taking him" Jungkook gestured towards Tae, "I thought you'd ask y/n-"

"You're going with me" I said, "I was invited too."

"Oh... right, of course. Han Jisung does take special interest in you-"

Taehyung cleared his throat loudly and then gave me a knowing nod, a pitying smile on his face.

"Right" I said, "interest in me."

"So you want me to go with you? As your date?" Jungkook asked.

"Yes and no" Jimin answered, "you'll go with her but she'll remain my date."
