There's a city that blocks us,
Our heartbeats so far away where it should be close to each otherThere're skyscrapers towering over, and I can't hear you now
You're screaming my name, and I'm shouting yours out loud, tooI was the one who made the construction,
Now, they're building a new vicinity,
Another hectare of land to separate us between this cityWe're at the two endpoints of the cityscape, and we're so far away
The nightlife seems to be louder, and it's hard to escape
The neon signs are glaring sunspots in my eye, blinded, and I can't seem to hold on nowThe city is a huge stretch for me,
I'm sorry we're so far away now,You're so far away, and I'm just getting further and further...
So, I'll be on my way
