Tomorrow, Yesterday, Now

Tomorrow is scary,
Not knowing what mysteries might unfold,
Or how the flow of luck may waver,
And questions that are left unanswered- will be answered

Yesterday is terrifying,
Knowing the decisions you've made in the past,
Or how regretful you are of what you didn't do,
And the 'what-if's that'll haunt your mind in the aftermath

Now is even more frightening,
Needing to know what kind of decision you're going to make, to benefit you,
Or how every move you make needs to be closely and carefully be made, so tomorrow won't be filled with regrets, so yesterday isn't full of 'I should have's,
And questions, right now, be asked to you, how will you answer it?

So it won't affect now, tomorrow, and yesterday? How will you answer it without risking the ephemerality of your peace?

And that's it;

You don't.
