"chief, Washington dc is on the horn" Evy informed Dooley while opening his office door. Dooley nodded his head before Evy closed the door

"wanna join me on the diner?" Evy asked smiling at Peggy "you know I would love to but I have to finish few more files" Peggy sighed earning a nod and small chuckle from her "I can join you" Krzeminski spoke from behind her while she puts her coat on

Evy turned around to look at him "ew, no" she said looking at him up and down with disgust look on her face "leaving early? as much as I can remember you got more files to do"

Evy rolled her eyes while pulling out the files from her drawer and placing it on Jack's hand "as much as I can remeber I finished them already " she said giving him a fake smile

"now move" she said walking past him after he took a step back, she walked past him grinning at herself knowing she just pissed him off again "Lenoir" Jack called glaring at her "bye!" she waved him goodbye before leaving the bullpen

"Evelyn?" Daniel spoke from beside her making her turn to him "oh hi Agent Sousa" she smiled politely at him "your heading home?" he asked "yup, just finished filling those surveillance reports"

"what about you?" she asked smiling "just dropped off reports" he replied. "You need a ride home? I can drop you off before I go back inside" he offered "you don't have to, I can take a taxi"

"it's okay Evelyn, I insist" he smiled at her "no I'm okay, thank you though" she politely declined "are you sure?" he asked again "positive" she smiled at him "my taxi is only minutes a-"she stopped when she see him only staring at her

"is something wrong? she asked but he was stood still staring at her "agent sousa?" she called him once again "yeah?" he asked "are you okay?"

Daniel shook his head and rubbed the back of his head smiling awkwardly at her "yeah, sorry I just- I've never noticed how amazing your eyes looked this close. I've never seen someone with green emerald eyes" he explained making her laugh

"god, that sounded really weird didn't it?" he asked making her shake her head "trust me I'm used to it" she chuckled at him "well, there's my ride she said after hearing the taxi driver yell her name "I'll see you tomorrow" she smiled pulling him into a hug

Daniel gladly hugged her back smiling widely "yeah, take care" he said after they both pulled away. Evy walked towards the taxi and opened the door, she was about to get in when Daniel spoke again "hey Evy"

she turned to him with raised eyebrows telling him to continue "your eyes, are they real?" he joked chuckling. Evy's smile slowly dropped remembering her first encounter with Steve

"Steve?" she called snapping him out. His cheeks immediately heat up realizing he just stared at her for seconds "oh I'm sorry, nice to m-meet you" he stuttered rubbing the back of his neck.

"your eyes, are they real?" he asked making her laugh "of course" she replied.

"Evelyn are you okay?" Daniel asked seeing how fast her smile dropped "yeah, just remembered something" more like someone

she sent him a small smile before getting inside the taxi. Evy let's out a sigh and looked out on the window as the taxi drives away "I miss you, I really miss the both of you" she mumbled

"hello" Evy smiled after Ana opened the door "oh my god, I didn't know you were coming" Ana smiled pulling her into a hug making her eyes grow wide from surprised

"it was a last minute decision, just wanted to see Howard" Evy said as they both walk inside "oh really" Ana smirked making Evy playfully roll her eyes "he's a friend" she said smiling. Before Ana could tease her more, they saw Jarvis come out of the kitchen "oh Miss Lenoir, I didn't know you would come. It's so pleasant to see you again" he spoke making her smile "I could say the same to you, Mr Jarvis"
