"evelyn, will you stop?" Peggy asked hitting her shoulder "what" Evy turned to her "stop staring at Ivchenko" Peggy rolled her eyes "there's something with this man" she mumbled
"did I do something wrong?" Ivchenko asked from his spot next to the window "no, no you didn't..." Peggy gave him a small smile "she's literally giving me a death glare" he nodded to Evy "oh it's not a death glare, her stare looks naturally like that"
"stop talking about me like I can't hear you" she said turning back to her files "stop staring at him then" Peggy mumbled to her "I'm not, I'm just trying to know him"
"where's chief?" she asked "on his way home" Jack answered walking out of Chief's office "home? already?" Jack sat down on his desk "from Russia"
"apparently, the colonel from there called last night asking for him back there, seems like they got something about Howard" Peggy added "oh it's been so long since I heard that name, I didn't know a Howard still exists" Evy responds making Peggy chuckle
"hello Evy" Daniel greeted walking past the three "hi Daniel" Evy smiled at him. Jack eyed Daniel as he walked towards the office before looking at Evy with raised eyebrows "stop raising those eyebrows at me, Thompson" she spoke with her eyes glued to the files
"Jack, Chief's on the horn" Daniel called from the office door. Jack immediately stood up and made his way towards the office "how's Russia chief" he greeted
"send Sousa out and listen to me very carefully" Dooley responds "private matters" Jack turned to Daniel, he nodded and left the office closing the door
"send everyone home and wait for me in there, we have a enemy on our backs" Jack's eyebrows scrunched in confusion "what" he asked "this matter shouldn't be discussed over the phone and I'm still in schock Thompson, send everyone home now" Dooley ordered again "I will chief" Jack said before placing the phone down and taking a sigh
"gather all your things and go home" Jack announced standing outside the office "why" Daniel asked while everyone looks at Jack "Chief's order" he simply responds "take all your things now and go" he yelled to everyone before they did so "what's happening" Evy asked when Jack returned to his desk "it's all Chief's order Lenoir"
"what's the reason behind this order" she asked again. Jack pinched the bridge of his nose trying not to get irritated by her questions "I'm just doing what the Chief ordered me to do" he spoke glaring at her
"something's wrong" Peggy said putting on her coat "obviously" Evy replied cleaning her desk and taking her bag ready to leave

"what's this important matter?" Jack asked when Dooley walked in to the bullpen "not here" Dooley said making his way towards his office with Jack behind him
Jack sat down on the chair across from Dooley watching the man pace around clearly stressed "this must be huge, you look stressed" Jack spoke "I'm not stressed Thompson, I'm freaking out" Dooley replied turning to him "Chief you have to calm down" Dooley let's out a sigh and reached for his briefcase
He placed it on the table and opened it pulling out a brown sealed envelope. Jack watched every move of his as he closed the briefcase and pushed the envelope towards him. Jack looked at Dooley "open it" Dooley looked back at him
Jack slowly took the envelope from the table and unsealed it. He carefully took out the brown file inside it that looked like it haven't been opened for years
" топ секрет" he read out loud the words written on top of the file. Jack took another glance on Dooley seeing him watching every move of his silently "go on" he ordered before Jack opened the file making his heart drop after seeing what's inside
"Jesus Christ" he mumbled eyeing every single thing inside the file with his eyes widen in pure shock
