"I got the film, they developed it" evy placed the film down on Daniel's desk "oh, hey peggy" she greeted seeing Peggy stood behind daniel. Peggy shot her a smile "thanks a bunch evy" daniel smiled
"Photographer on the society pages was at spider Raymond's club. Says he might have got a shot of the blonde who was with spider before he got killed" Daniel explained to Peggy while Evy leans to his desk
"Well that would be a big break. Can I help you look?" peggy offered "I thought you were leaving" daniel glanced at her "it's okay peg, you go where you need to be. I'll help Daniel here" evy smiled at Peggy
"Sousa! need you in the basement" Krzeminski yelled walking in "I'm busy" he motioned to his desk "well, now you're extra busy. I got a 10-ton ball of Roxxon garbage with your name on it"
"alright, alright, give me a minute" daniel stood up while Evy puts on her coat "Carter, finish up those transpo reports and file them for me" Krzeminski turned to Peggy when an agent placed reports on her desk
"and where are you going?" Krzeminski asked when Evy started walking towards the basement "away from your stink" she respond walking past him with Sousa following behind also making his way to the basement
Peggy was already under Daniel's desk ready to open the drawer where the photos are, when Evy walked back in to take her purse "peggy?" she asked confused. Peggy's head hit the desk in panic when she heard Evy's voice "evy!" she cheerfully said
"what are you doing there?" she asked "I lost my pin here somewhere" she pretended to look on the floor holding the pin she was supposed to use to open the drawer
"found it" she stood up showing it to Evy with a smile "okay" evy smiled back with raised eyebrows before leaving the bullpen

"Carter. About time" Dooley said as Peggy walked in "I thought you also asked for Lenoir?" Jack asked looking behind Peggy before turning to Dooley "I did" Dooley replied turning to Peggy "she's at the lobby, had to get a file"
"how comfortable are you with this?" dooley asked handing her the device for vita radiation "you'll be dealing with the ladies" he added
"I volunteered, but chief said it wouldn't be appropriate" Jack spoke flipping through the file on his hand "oh evy would have punched you right now if she's here" peggy chuckled knowing how Evy hates those kind of comments, mostly from Jack
"she's not here, is she?" she smirked at her
After peggy return from the bathroom, they started scanning every Roxxon worker with the device "what the hell is taking Lenoir so long?" Dooley asked peggy "its a long walk here Chief" she explained before scanning the woman "you're clear" Jack told the man in front of him
"Wait. Uh, hold on a moment sir"
peggy stopped the man but he kept walking "excuse me. Sir?" she called again finally stopping him
"Mr Jones, I notice these men are wearing company-issued uniforms. Do they change their clothes onsite?"
"well we have a locker room for all the technicians who handle hazardous materials"
"what's your point Carter?" Chief dooley cuts in
"well, low level vita radiation would barely saturate the lower layer of a person's skin. A hot shower would wash it straightaway. But clothing would remain tainted for longer... trousers, shoes, even a wristwatch. I suggest we check the clothes the men wore to work this morning"
"not a bad idea we can- Hey!" Dooley yelled to the man Peggy stopped a minutes ago who started running away from the room "hey stop!" Jack yelled running after the man with Dooley
When evy saw a man running towards her way she looked at the man walking next to her taking his briefcase "may i?" she asked without waiting for his response "I said stop!" Jack yelled from behind
when the man was about to run past her, she slammed the briefcase to his knees tripping him down. Jack quickly got down on the floor and glanced at Evy before handcuffing the man "can I be of any further assistance?" she asked glancing at Dooley
They went back to the HQ and immediately went to the interrogation room. Dooley and Jack was with him while Evy, Daniel, and Peggy was on the other side
"I'm not gonna lie to you. You're in a bad spot" Dooley said after placing a carrot and stick in front of him on the table with jack leaning on the door
"there's that infamous carrot and stick again" evy rolled her eyes sitting down on the edge of the table "it kind of works most of the time" Daniel shrugged
"just give me a name" Dooley said twice only to get silence from miles "don't say I didn't try this the easy way" Dooley breathed deeply as he stood up and took the carrot with him leaving the room
"you can threaten me all you want, but I'm not talking" miles said as Jack stood in front of him "I'm not here to make you talk, miles" Jack grabbed a fistful of his hair making him look up "I'm here to make you sing"
"you gonna want to bite down" Jack placed the stick in his mouth forcing him to bite on it "hate to see what would've happened if you left the carrot" Daniel glanced at Dooley next to him when Jack started beating miles up
"Carter, Lenoir, take off for the night. A lady shouldn't be seeing this" Dooley looked at the two. Peggy glanced at Evy who shook her head with a small smile telling her that she's staying making Peggy sigh "you boys play nice" Peggy said leaving the room "take care" evy called out
"did you not hear what I said?" dooley asked glancing at Evy "loud and clear chief" she respond with her arms crossed watching Jack "then go"
"I'm fine, I've seen worse" she replied with her eyes still on the other side of the room "you got to be kidding me" dooley groaned from her stubbornness making her smirk proudly
"I don't think he's our guy" Evy said with her gaze focused on Jack and miles "what makes you say that?" Dooley asked "I just know it" she shrugged "we can't just base on your woman institution Lenoir" dooley respond
"but women's institutions is right most of the time chief" Daniel spoke before Krzeminski walked in with bunch of files on hand "start reading them so we can find out if he has a record that might lead us to the case" Krzeminski motioned to the files then to Evy
"filing surveillance reports and files is my work not reading them" she retorts "start reading them Krzeminski" dooley interrupted making Krzeminski roll his eyes
"We're gonna need a new stick" Jack walked in placing the broken one on the table "immigration has no record of a leet brannis ever entering the country" Dooley said
"could be an alias" Krzeminski spoke "if it is, our friend in there doesn't know it. He wasn't holding anything back. We get anything in the milk-truck driver?"
"I'm on hold with daisy clover payroll" Daniel respond with the telephone on hand "he doesn't sound like he's the brain of the operation, anyway"
"More like the Krzeminski of the operation" Daniel joked "jokes on you, peg leg. I don't even know how to drive a truck"
"driver may be a lead, but this guy brannis is the key"
"chief I don't think this man have ever met Howard Stark" evy spoke "I'm gonna have to agree with Lenoir on that one" Jack nodded "well, that's a first" she smirked "don't get use to it" Jack rolled his eyes
"doesn't mean anything. Stark could have go-betweens between his go-betweens" dooley interrupted the two
"I got the milk-truck driver. Sheldon McFee, 4 springhill raod, cedar grove, New Jersey" Daniel spoke dropping the phone "hot damn. Let's go boys" Dooley stood up from his chair "boys?" evy asked with raised eyebrows making the four turn to her "we're dropping you off home" Jack pointed at her "hell n-"
"Lenoir" Dooley warned making her groan "ugh, not this again"
