"I want the signature page delivered." Dooley said, turning to look at Sousa and Thompson while he pointed at the signed confession of Howard
"When Stark lands, we bring him here, have a garbage exchange... That's the deal" he added looking at Jarvis
"please let me, it would be my pleasure to do so" they all turned to the doorway to see Evy stood there with a mug on her hand while leaning in the wall next to her. They all stared at her quietly not knowing what to say while Jack tries to hide his smile seeing her stubborn ass back in the headquarters
"what, it's not like this is the first time you all have seen a russian assassin" she shrugged making Dooley roll his eyes, he's still not over the fact that she is one, none of them have processed it yet
"the most dangerous russian assassin" Daniel corrected her quietly but loud enough for everyone in the room to hear "thank you" Evy smiled at him
Jarvis stared at her in shock "pardon me, a russian assasi-" Evy let's out a chuckle at him
"You're just in time Lenoir, we're uncovering your best buddy's past too" Dooley spoke making evy turn to peggy
"it would appear so" Jarvis spoke continuing the conversation
Dooley shook his hand taking a few steps back "and for the record, I find you repulsive"
"take off the cuffs" he ordered "Howard can't do this. I'll never clear his name if he turns up..." Peggy turned to Jarvis. "You're not clearing anybody. You're done" Dooley interrupted her while Jack takes the handcuffs off from her
Evy stood there watching every move that they all make as she observed everyone "I don't think you've understood our compromise regarding Agent Carter" Jarvis protests "oh she's free from prosecution" Dooley turned back
"when Stark walks into the building, she walks out, for good." Peggy turned to Dooley with wide eyes "Carter, you're out of the SSR" Dooley walked out while everyone looked at Peggy
Evy looked at her with pity making Peggy smile sadly at her
Evy followed behind Dooley while Peggy went to her desk to get her things "you got a say in this?" Dooley asked her "you know I always have a say in everything" she chuckled "and I'm tired of it"
"that was unfair" Evy stated when they reached his office and sat across from him "what" Dooley glared at her "you found out my past and we both know that it's more cruel than Peggy's yet you still ask me to come back" she explained
"we have proved that you're no guilty of being Howard's spy, you have done nothing in this case and what we found was all about your past Lenoir, Carter has admitted to us herself that she's the spy of Stark here"
"and for everyone's sake it's not me who wanted you back entirely, I have made my decision that I would let you run away knowing that you also deserve that peace of mind wherever you went but I took a suggestion of taking you back here knowing how helpful you would be even though I know that that's not the actual reason that suggestion was suggested in the first place"
"you lost me at the suggestion thing" she said "it's either you're acting stupid right now or you are actually being one at this moment" Dooley rolled his eyes
"yeah because who suggested who, Chief" she asked confused "Lenoir, leave me alone for the love of God, you're stressing me more" she chuckled getting up to leave his office
"over your dead body huh" Jack spoke as Evy sat on her desk "you missed me, I know" she responds looking at him who's also sitting at the edge of his desk "glad to have you back" he nodded to her "don't be so sure, I'm not here for long, Jack"
