i decided to get a ride to school from darian since we pretty much have been together since bronny ran away. we have something to do after school today which is go to the juvenile detention center and ask for bronny's cell footage. bronny is back in jail he's spending the week there. they don't know what they wanna do with him yet but i'm hoping they keep him locked up longer. he's got problems. we can't even figure out what it is. he doesn't talk to us about stuff like that. he was doing so good though and then boom this happened. which is weird. he must've got possessed. d bought me breakfast at starbucks. i'm still drinking my coffee. we're sitting in his car.

"tomorrow's my baseball game first game of the season" d says

"do you want me to come watch?" i ask

"you can i was just telling you that just in case you're at the airbnb alone" he says

"mom and dad work late tomorrow.. i'll come to your game" i say

he nods, "are you gonna be ok at school today?" he asks

"why wouldn't i?" i ask

"that last time you were having bad flashbacks" he says

"i haven't had any flashbacks since then though.. i think i'll be ok" i say

"if something happens let me know we'll leave early and go eat somewhere to just relax" he says

i nod. i heard something in the back so i look behind myself and see a mini toy car. i look at it weird, "what are you looking at?" he asks

he looks too, "do you see that too?" i ask softly

"the toy car?" he asks

"yes" i say softly

"yeah... where did that come from?" he asks

it starts moving across the seats slowly until it stops. me and d look at each other in fear, "umm do we take it? do we talk to it?" i ask softly to d

he looks speechless, "...sam... is that you?" d asks slowly

there was no sign of anything. i swallow my spit, "sam... if it's you can you move the car back where it was before?" i ask

we wait a second and then the car slowly goes back to where it was. i didn't know whether to be scared of amazed. my heart starts racing though and i raise my eyes in shock. darian is shocked as well, "sam... me and jayden would like to talk to you but we have school right now can we talk later?" d says

"why you bring me in this i didn't agree to that?" i whisper yell

"i don't wanna talk to him by myself" he whisper yells

i roll my eyes, "are you ok with us talking to you later sam? if yes point the car to me and if no point it to darian" i say

it takes a second but it slowly starts moving again. it points to me, "ok thank you sam we'll talk to you later" i say

me and darian step out the car and start walking to school. as we were walking away i heard the car horn honk and i look back and see the little boy again and when i TELL YOU MY HEART DROPPED.

"darian look" i say quickly

he looks and we both see him there grinning again but this time he waved bye and disappeared. we look back at each other, "jayden what the fuck was that??! was that what you saw??!!" he asks loudly

i nod slowly. i feel like passing out again but i'm fighting it this time, "that is beyond creepy i feel sick.. let's go inside" he says

we go inside of school and he walks me to the locker room, "drink some water and sit until you feel better i'll check up on you every 3 periods" he says
