It's been almost two months since the victory party happened. After that back to being a busy person na. And after that night, mas naging consistent si William sa kung ano man ang ginagawa niya. Parang bumabalik 'yung dati, the way he approach and talk to me, the way he treat me. At lahat 'yon na-miss ko, and I couldn't explain how I feel basta ang alam ko lang masaya ako.

My phone beeps and William's name appeared on the screen.

William<3: Nasa airport na kami. Will update you once nasa hotel na kami. Stay hydrated, Gorgeous!

Well, he was the who set his own nickname on my phone. Kasunod ng chat na 'yon ay nag-send siya ng picture and picture with his team wearing the customize jacket from the gift box that our company gave them. 

I smiled before replying to his chat.

I put down my phone before continuing my work. May tournament sila bukas sa Singapore. I can't believe he is already that far. He was able to compete from different countries in Southeast Asia plus coach na siya ng team kung saan siya nag-umpisa. Sikat na rin talaga siya sa mundo ng Esports. Although kilala na siya as a streamer before, pero mas lalo siyang nakilala noong naging best rookie siya noong kakapasok niya palang sa Alienation Ph. He told me na hindi naging madali 'yon for him knowing he was mentally and emotionally unstable. Pero nagpatuloy pa rin siya dahil iyon ang pangarap niya. I'm happy for him. 

"Manonood po ba kayo bukas, Ma'am?" May asked as she put down some papers on my table.

"Yes, of course. Let's watch it together. Ilagay mo sa memo." I answered before drinking some water.

"Sana manalo na sila ngayon, last-last year 1st Place sila eh. Eh last season hindi sila sumali at nagpahinga ang rooster." She said while intertwining her fingers like she was praying for William's team.

"Pero bawing-bawi naman sila nitong season, right? They even presenting our country now." I stated while smiling.

Well, I'm not even active sa Esports, specifically Mobile Legends mula nang maghiwalay kami ni William. Although minsan nakakanood ako pero ngayong current season lang at dahil 'yon kay May. Hawak nila William ang bandila ng Pilipinas, sending a huge good luck to their team. If I'm not mistaken Alienation Ph din magpe-present sa Pilipinas sa larong Pubg and Call of Duty. Talagang malakas ang Alienation Ph sa Esports. 

Natapos ang buong maghapon na puro lang trabaho, of course. Luckily, natapos ko naman lahat kaya maaga akong makakauwi ngayon. Nilinis ko na muna ang table ko bago kinuha ang aking gamit at umalis na. 

I was in the lobby already when someone just called my name. And as I turned my glance at her, I immediately stopped. 

"L-Loraine?" I muttered while looking at her na siyang kakatayo lang sa couch ng lobby.

"Joanna..." 

At first, I can't move. 

"What... What brought you here?" I asked being so confused.

"Can I talk to you?"

And with that, I found myself seating in front of her here in cafeteria. 

I texted May to bring us something to drink.

"C'mon, what brought you here?" I started the conversation as she remained silent since we sat down.

"I... I just wanna apologize for everything that happened. For everything that I've done."

"You just realized it now, Loraine?" I asked. Dumating naman si May at naglapag ng juice sa mesa namin. Tinanguan ko naman ito bago umalis.

Loraine put her hands on top of the table and began playing her fingers.
