Chapter 50

"Here comes your breakfast," Masiglang usal ko bago inilapag ang mga niluto kong ulam.

"At syempre hindi lang 'yan. Baka sabihin mo prito lang alam ko," I stated before going back and get the sopas that I've made.

Nakangiti kong tinitigan ang lahat ng niluto ko for today's breakfast. May fried rice, hotdog, fried fish and of course the sopas. 

"Mantika warrior kana ngayon."

"Matagal na 'no!" I exclaimed before removing my apron. Nakangiti ito habang pinagmamasdan ang lahat ng nakahain sa mesa. 

"You can be my wife now." He then said making me froze for a moment.

"R-Really?" 

"I mean not because you can cook... but because we're meant for each other, baby." He stood up and reach for my lips which he planted a deep and passionate kiss.

My face heated... I could feel it. 

Napayuko ako para itago ang aking ngiti pero agad ring napatingin sa kaniya .

"You can now eat before going to your boothcamp. I mean let's eat together." Biglang usal ko bago kumuha ng plato at kumain din kasabay nito.

"Hmm! Ang sarap ng fried rice!" He exclaimed amazingly before looking at me. 

I proudly wiggled my eyebrows because of that. Syempre 'no si Manang Tess ang nagturo sa akin niyan. 

"Tikman mo rin 'yung sopas ko dali!" Excited na usal ko dahil humihigop ako ng sopas.

Natutunan ko lahat 'to kay Manang Tess. I learned cooking before para libangin ang sarili ko sa kalungkutan. Didn't except I'll be cooking for him.

"Sarap din." Tatango-tangong usal nito bago nagpatuloy kumain. "Mas masarap pa ang luto mo ng sopas kaysa sa akin, to be honest." 

"Well, ako lang 'to." I proudly gestured myself at natawa naman ito.

We both continued eating our breakfast before I went back to my unit dahil pupunta pa ito sa boothcamp ng Alienation Ph at papasok din ako sa trabaho.

"Ihatid na kita." He suggested as I open the door for him.

"Hindi ba abala?"

"Of course not, you're never an inconvenience."

Napangiti ako sa sinabi niya 'tsaka niya inilahad ang kaniyang kamay na agad kong tinanggap. He intertwined our fingers that made me smile even more. 

Ni-lock ko na ang aking unit bago kami dumiretso sa parking lot at sumakay sa sasakyan nito. 

Nang makarating ako sa kumpanya ay akala ko sa entrance lang ako nito ihahatid, laking gulat ko nang tuloy-tuloy ito sa paglalakad at halos lahat ay nakatingin sa aming dalawa na magkahawak ang kamay.

"N-Nandito na tayo," Bulong ko habang nakatingin sa mga tao sa paligid sa amin.

"Napag-isip-isip kong sa office mo kita ihahatid." He said without even looking at me until we entered the elevator. At kami lang dalawa dito. "Baka umaaligid na naman dito 'yung Nash eh." He added before holding my hand tighter before looking forward.

I remember last time, I think last month. He told me he was jealous with Nash ever since he saw him here in the company. He gets even more jealous when Nash is going inside my office. But then, he was so confident that Nash and I aren't together. 

"Why are so confident that Nash and I aren't dating?" I asked as we entered my office.

"Well, actually it was just my instincts... to prevent myself from hurting while seeing you with another man."
