3rd pov
Lorenzo's phone rang while they were on the way to the mall.
"Hello"Enzo said in his usual cold voice that can send shivers down someone's spine.
"Ok l will be there"he said and cut off the call.
"Marco l forgot l have a meeting with Mr.Hebrews as of now, l'm going back to the company so l will drop you guys at the mall the driver will come to pick you up." Enzo said to Marco who nodded in reply.
"Baby l have to go back to the company to do something so you won't mind shopping with uncle Marco right?"Enzo asked his daughter
"Yeah dad"Val replied
When they arrived at the mall Val and Marco got off the car
"Ok bye. Take care of her Marco l trust you."Enzo said and kissed Val's forehead before heading off.
"So where do we start princess"Marco asked Val to which the latter shrugged in response.
"Ok let's go l know exactly where to start"Marco said excitedly
Valentina's pov
"Uncle Marc l'm tired l think this is enough" l said. We have went to about 9 stores and we bought many many clothes.
"No Val we have only bought a few clothes we still have to buy other ones and also shoes"I stared at my uncle like he had grown 2 heads, is he serious.
"No uncle we are not buying any more clothes"l said with finality in my voice.
"Ok at least let's buy shoes"he said and picked me up to the shoe shop.
He bought me 10 pairs of shoes.
"Now let's go to the..."he said before l cut him off.
"No no uncle we are done with the shoes and clothes now"l said hurriedly.
" I was actually going to say let's go to the food shop you must be hungry by now"he said amused
"Oh"l said
You might be wondering 'where are the things we bought' well the guards took them to the many cars they came with.
Well l once asked dad the reason why l must have guards following me and he said l quote"It is for safety measures"so l dropped the topic
We went to the food store and my uncle ordered for us. For me he ordered chips, a burger and an oreo shake while for him he ordered steak, chips and coke.
When our order came we ate and my uncle payed after that we went home.
"Uncleeee pleaseee"l said
You must be wondering how it came to this well
Flashback
Me and my uncle arrived home and we saw that dad hasn't come yet.
"What do we do now" my uncle asked.
"Hmm let me think..... yay let's back cookies"l said excited.
"Ok let's go" When we got to the kitchen my uncle wore an apron and gave me one.
" Break these eggs into this bowl and whisk them"he said and gave me a bowl and eggs.
After finishing we put the cookies in the oven and waited.
After about half an hour we took them out and waited another 5minutes for them to cool.
When they cooled my uncle gave me one and l finished it fast.
"Give me another one"he gave me again
"Another one uncle"l said.
"No they are not good for your health and if Enzo comes to know that l gave you more than one cookie he will kill me"he said
"Don't worry l won't tell him please give me"
"Okay"he said and gave me the third cookie
"Uncle"l said
"Yeah"He said and took his eyes off his phone to look at me.
"I love you, l love you so much uncle"l said.
"I love you too but no"he said and went back to his phone.
"Uncleeee pleaseee" l said
End of flashback
This is where we are right now.
"No Val"uncle said.
"Uncle l swear this will be the last one please"l said.
"No"he said not looking up to me.
"Please please pleaseee"l said using puppy eyes and pretending to cry after snatching his phone from his hands resulting in him looking at me.
"Argh okay but this will be the last one"he said and gave me the cookie.
"Thank you uncle you're the best"l said happily.
After a few hours dad came and Uncle Marc left.
I guess puppy eyes have some kind of spell huh😂😂.
