I took to their training like a fish to water. It was a repetitive skill, the spear. It took a while to get used to it but once you did you were grand.

Aonungs as my relationship was strange, to say the least. We talked like friends and even cracked a joke here and there.

We respect each other. If not as Navi then as warriors.

One such afternoon we were sparing, the clacks of the spears echoing in the training area.

"Really? A tree that tall" Aonung asked with a slightly bewildered expression. We had been discussing the home tree. He had heard somewhere that they were as big as mountain's, and when I confirmed it he was surprised.

"Yes, I loved climbing to the top of them. It was the best place to stargaze," I said pausing slightly as a fond smile passed over my face.

"The stars are different here though," My words dropped in melicoly a sadness creeping upon my expression

Everything was different here. Aonung looked over my expression, he could understand why I wore it. He couldn't imagine having to move away from all he's ever known.

"Don't lose focus," Aonung said swinging out his spear. I dodged to the left as he took a swipe and then he lunged. Jumping to the side I grabbed his arm and yanked him causing him to stumble. While doing so I tapped the but of the spear on his but.

I chuckled as he spun around with a frustrated huff. My sadness quickly forgotten.

"That wasn't wise," he stated.

"Oh really?" I asked tauntingly. A half smile pulled at his lips as he lunged forward. What followed was a flurry of blows. Aonung was a good warrior. A fast fighter. And he hadn't taught me all his moves. So I gasped as his spear hooked on my ankle and he shoulder barged me. If he hadn't hooked my ankle I could have stayed up. Instead, I tumbled back, before I completely fell my limbs reached out, my leg hooked on his knee my hand around his necklace. It was quick enough to pull both of us down. Our spears clattered from our hands as I first hit the ground, and the Aonung landed atop me.

"Ofp," I gasped the air being forced from my lungs as his broad chest fell atop me. It was a compromising position, to say the least. Myself on my back one leg hooked around his thigh his body flush against mine. I had closed my eyes from the initial pain so when I opened them I froze as I stared into Aonung's deep blue eyes. They looked like the sea.

"Are you ok?" he asked concerned using on of his arms to prop his body up. I nodded taking notice of his broad hand set at the side of my ribs. His hand was warm and ruff. And felt surprisingly pleasant on my skin.

"Hey," we both jumped at my father's yell. A deep blush raced across my face as we scrambled to stand only for us to tumble down again this time with me on top. I couldn't help but laugh as I finally got. Holding my hand out to Aonung he took it allowing me to pull him up. With a bit too much strength. He grabbed my arms to steady himself he stumbled into me.

"S-sorry," he stammered clearing his throat and pulling back avoiding eye contact.

"Dad," I greeted him. as he stalked over his eyes trained on Aonung with a not so pleasant look.

"Your mum wants you," he said gently shoving me away. Nodding I ducked my head looking at Aonung and sharing one last smile before walking off. Aonung couldn't help but smile back as he watch me walk away. Glancing over my shoulder my smile widened as I caught him looking. Having been caught Aonung quickly returned his gaze to my father who stood arms across in front of him.

My father then squared his shoulders as he stared Aonung down.

"I'm watching you kid," he huffed making and I got my eyes on your motion before walking off.
