speck: waking up in the middle of the night for no reason, staying awake due to anxiety, waking ip and staying awake, not being able to sleep when you're tired, finding a good sleep schedule and then breaking it after going to sleep an hour later than usual, waking up exhausted and staying up fully awake at night, skipping breakfast bc you're body hasnt has the time it needs to break your fast
