It was freezing cold outside as the wind blew with a frigid ferocity. There was an outpost, sort of barren, with a Horde banner waving about as the wind hit it.

Around the region, the wind was accompanied by snow and blizzards that would last throughout the night.

...

...

Inside of this outpost, the buildings were filled with computers and crates, wiring coming down from the ceiling as they connected to the monitors.

Entrapta typed at one of her computers, a bit invested into what she was doing.

She would hop between computers, typing away as she twirled around in her chair.

...

Catra would walk up from behind, dressed warmly, or at least it may have looked that way. In reality, she was freezing cold, rubbing at her arms as she shivered.

Entrapta would notice and smiled, "Hi, Catra! Did you have a nice nap?"

It was a long journey, so Catra and the others, apart from Entrapta (obviously) decided to sleep to try and get their energy back.

She wished she actually didn't wake up from the nap. Not because of the reason you may think.

...

...

Nova, being part wolf, actually was a very warm safe space, and both she and Catra knew it. She actually had transformed and had Catra and Scorpia stay huddled with her so they could stay warm.

...

Catra groaned, irritated. She slammed her hand down with frustration on the desk, "Why is this taking so long? You said there was a First Ones weapon here."

"Where is it?" She immediately followed up, crossing her arms again.

...

...

"I never said 'weapon'. I said there's a piece of First Ones tech buried deep under the ice, and a really powerful one at that!" She typed away on her monitor before pushing back and spinning in her chair while speaking.

"From the energy levels we picked up, it must be part of the First Ones' supercomputer."

She started typing again.

Catra had a palm on her face, "Just... keep digging."

"We can't just waste time and come out empty-handed."

...

...

"A scientist," Entrapta used her hair to point, "NEVER comes back empty-handed. There's always data!"

Catra blinked, unimpressed, "We aren't here freezing our tails off for data. Find something useful or we're packing up and going home..." she walked away.

"This place gives me the creeps."

...

And, unbeknownst to her and the rest of the team...

There would be trouble lurking just around the outpost.
