"let me help you with that, hyung" jimin smiled seeing yoongi was icing his shoulder and had his backpack on one shoulder, yoongi glared at him.

"no, i'm fine" he huffed and set his bag  down, "can i get you another bag of ice?" he asked, "i'm not asking for your help! leave me alone, park jimin!" he shouted. if he could move his shoulder, he would have hit jimin.

"you okay, hyung?" namjoon asked he saw yoongi poke his cheek with tongue and rub his shoulder, "it's so sore" he frowned, "i can massage it!" jimin tried, "i'd rather break my shoulder again"

taehyung grinned hearing that, "dang, jimin" he spoke, "you would not rather that" jimin mumbled, "in fact, i would break both of them. that's assuming your beomseok friend wouldn't try to break the other one" he mumbled, "he would not do something like—"

"you're right. he'd rather go straight to sexually assaulting some girls" namjoon glared, which made jimin sigh.

"i said sorry—"

yoongi blinked, "so did my dad when trying to lessen his jail sentence, but it didn't help, did it?" he asked, jimin bit the inside of lip and shamefully shook his head.

"hi" jimin smiled, looking at jiyoon who had opened the door for him. she tried speaking, but couldn't for any words.

the woman looked at the bouquet of orange tulips and multiple bags of sour candy before letting him in. it wasn't her place to interfere with her son's relationship. was it a good relationship? was it still a relationship?

jimin carefully opened the door and saw yoongi typing on his computer with one hand on his desk which faced the wall. he turned his head around and sighed seeing the boy.

"what do you want?" he mumbled, jimin set the things on yoongi's desk and sat on the bed, "just want to chill"

yoongi scoffed, "how come you didn't want to chill when your best friend hit my shoulder twice?" he grit through his teeth, still typing his essay with one hand.

"hyung—"

"i'm trying to write my essay! i would really appreciate it if you just shut up!" he shouted, tears brimming in his eyes.

he was just so hurt. yoongi didn't think there were words to describe how he felt. he could flip through every page of the dictionary, yet not find one to describe how betrayed he felt.

jimin laid on yoongi's bed, quietly watching him. as requested, he shut up and just watched him.

"park, when was the ottoman empire destroyed?" he asked, the basketball player blinked, "it's not jimin? just 'park' now?" the boy mumbled, "do you know the answer or not?"

"sorry, i don't" he frowned, not receiving a response from yoongi who angrily typed away.

yoongi sighed, closing his laptop after finishing half his essay. he got extensions on his assignments since it took longer to type and write.

"hyung, i'm confused" jimin mumbled, yoongi picked at the petals of the tulips, "about what?"

"are we still boyfriends? are we still a thing?" he mumbled, feeling his bottom lip quiver.
