Two years later and with both of their names on the lease, this apartment was finally theirs. Minho and Jisung had settled on an apartment just outside the city, but still with good connections to the centre of the city and their old college.

As expected, Jisung had graduated with honours. After college, he didn't know what do to with his English literature degree, so he decided to go back to become a teacher. He had gotten his Qualified Teacher Status degree within a year, paid in full by the school itself.

While Jisung was busy with that, Minho found a job as museum curator. He started doing it because he thought it wouldn't be too hard of a job with his degree. But quickly he found out that it was easy because he loved doing it. And the pay wasn't so bad either. Minho put down a certain amount of money every month and after a year he was able to put down his half for their new apartment. Minho had offered to pay for Jisung's part as well and if it bothered him a lot, Jisung could just pay him back later. But Jisung insisted on working hard and saving the money himself.

Minho pulled Jisung in a little closer and covered them both with a warm blanket. Minho kissed his boyfriend's forehead and sighed.

"I can't believe this place is finally ours." Minho beamed.

They had gotten a second hand couch, but it was still in good condition. They were able to save up a lot on furniture this way. The only new things they bought were a tv, dishwasher, oven and a little robot vacuum.

Jisung looked around the room. He smiled at the thought that he got to spend his life with Minho here, together. The plants and fake candles really made the place feel like a home.

One of the candles on the table got knocked to the ground and two white ears appeared behind the brown coffee table.

"And that's why they're fake." Jisung giggled. He got up and lifted the furry friend from behind the coffee table. The cat tried to struggle out of Jisung's grasp, but quickly settled in when Jisung placed him on Minho's lap.

"I still don't think he likes me too much. Look how he immediately falls asleep in your lap." Jisung pouted.

Minho giggled and pulled Jisung in closer again. "He just doesn't like to be up in the air."

Tomorrow their friends would come back from all places over the world to visit them. Even though everyone moved away from their college town, they never lost touch. No matter how far their friends went, they would always reach out.

Of course the first one to arrive the next day was Lewis. "Aye, looking very nice!" He said as he looked around the room.

Lewis hugged both guys at the same time. Somehow he had gotten even stronger. But to be fair, he worked in the gym now. Lewis was employed at a museum in the United States on the weekend and worked three days a week as a personal trainer in the gym.

"Damnit, I really thought I would be first. I even left my flat early." Behind Lewis was a pouting Sam, standing in the doorframe.

"You're here!" Jisung immediately ran to hug his best friend. "I've missed you, you and Innie seem to spending a lot more time together."

Sam expelled an audible yet cut-off breath, as if he was offended. "You moved away from me! And also I see you every other weekend!"

It was true that Jisung stayed with Sam in his flat until he was able to afford living on his own with Minho. Sam had started working right away and was able to afford a studio early on. Jisung smiled at his friend, who had become a successful journalist. Sam's love for gossip had made him a meticulous researcher.

"Are we all just standing in the doorway?" Innie also came up from behind. He briefly kissed Sam on the cheek before handing a big gift basket over to Minho and Jisung.

"I was wondering why you two didn't come together." Minho said while putting the gift basket on the dining table.

"I was parking the car, told Sam to go ahead first." Innie couldn't help but smile when he mentioned Sam. They were still together and going strong. Since Jisung had moved out of Sam's studio, there was more room for Innie to come over. He probably slept over last night too.

A while later Chris, Felix and Sky arrived too. To everyone's surprise Chris and Felix were holding hands. The two blushed when all the eyes fell on them. They knew Chris and his girlfriend weren't together anymore, not for a long time, but this was a surprise.

"When we moved back to Australia, we moved in together." Chris started explaining. "It's cheaper to be roommates, and well..."

Chris lovingly stared at Felix, "And I guess one thing led to another, until we were sleeping in the same bed every night."

Felix's cheeks flushed pink. If he were to talk now, he probably wouldn't be able to get the words past his throat. Jisung giggled, he thought it was endearing. He remembered what it was like for him when he really met Minho for the first time.

"But now, what we have all been curious about." Lewis clapped his hands together. "What have you guys been up to?"

Minho and Jisung looked at each other.

They couldn't help but smile.

"Well..." Jisung almost giggled, he was too excited to hold it in.

Minho grabbed Jisung's hand and held their joint hands up, showing off their ringfingers.

"We are engaged."
