"You don't know what these words mean to me, do you?" A soft smile curved my trembling lips "And yet I find them hard to believe"
And I did.
Trust once broken wasn't so easy to earn back even if I wanted to with all my heart I just couldn't bring myself to accept Arjun loved me as much as he was saying.
I was a wave of anguish reflect in his eyes but it was gone as soon as it came "And I don't blame you but I promise to make you feel the perpetuity of our ineffable bond"
The illuminating silvery ray prevailed around the room making it appear like an adobe of mystical beings. For the first time, the chaos of the royal palace was unable to reach through my closed door for all I could hear was the rhythm of our breath, perfectly I sync.
With his enigmatic golden eyes still enthralling my soul and one hand circling my bare waist, Arjun proceeded to remove my nose ring and I felt my lids getting too heavy to keep open. I felt his long finger brush against my lips before they trailed down my neck and I had to tightened my grip on his shoulder when I felt him unfastening my necklace that was quite heavy and broad, broad enough to cover my chest and stomach both.
He took his sweet time removing the necklace time "This is ridiculously heavy, heavier than you are"
I couldn't help but let out a chuckle "I like wearing certain types of ornaments, this being one of my favourites"
"I think your idea of your favourite ornament is about to change" He husked making my smile drop. I watched him bent down before planting soft kisses along my collarbone.
"Arjun" I let out a small whimper before biting on my lower lips as I felt his teeth, tongue and lips all over my collarbone and neck, kissing, nibbling and taking my breath away in the process.
"I don't even know exactly the kind of force that was keeping me away from you Krishnaa" His voice was deeper than usual "I don't believe I'll ever get enough of you. Ou—"
A knock interrupted him earning a sigh from my husband and a silent smile from me "You've got to be kidding me"
"Arjun it's barely past evening" I smiled at his grim expression "You can't blame whoever is there"
"I'm not answering that" He stated stubbornly and tightened his grip on me "Neither are you"
"They must be calling us for Dinner" I tried to reason "You probably didn't even eat anything, aren't you hungry?"
"Oh believe me" He drew me closer before whispering "I am"
As I stared into his eyes I understood the kind of hunger he was talking about which was so well evident in them that I felt like a deer before a starved lion. Averting my eyes I tried to calm my racing heart and I tried to get down but I could barely move an inch
