"Say, which of ya think you'll be a housewarden in the future?" Grim asks.

The five flinch at the question, not expecting it to appear so suddenly while Angel continues to read her book. Apparently she was too invested in the book to look up from it, but was listening to the conversation nonetheless.

"You know, I haven't really thought about it..." Deuce says in thought. "I mean, each of our dorms have different rules of being housewarden after all."

"For our dorm, it's usually who's the strongest," Jack says as he scratches his head. "However, that's if Leona actually graduates from school that we'll get a new housewarden."

"Vil always said that making a powerful poison was proof of being Pomefiore's housewarden," Epel states. "But, I don't think I could ever do it," he sighs.

"Hmph," Sebek scoffs at the four. "How could I ever think about overtaking Malleus?! He's the perfect housewarden for Diasomnia and I'm honored to be in the dorm he presides over."

"You say that, but remember, he's two years older than you," Ace states. "Once he becomes a senior, he loses his housewarden privileges since he won't be on campus as much."

"Then I will simply follow him where he goes!" Sebek proudly states.

"That's even worse, ya know!"

"Hmmm..." Deuce hums in thought. "I'm pretty sure I would be a good housewarden of Heartslabyul."

"In your dreams!" Ace exclaims. "You couldn't pass a test to save your life!"

"H-hey! Who said I need to pass tests to be a housewarden?!" He exclaims. "Look at Kalim and he's a good housewarden."

"Thanks to Jamil, that is," Grim states as he crosses his paws.

"T-The point still stands!"

"Look, I can see Jack and Epel here being housewardens, But you and Sebek? Yeah, when pigs fly," Ace smirks.

"Hey!" Deuce angrily glares at him.

"I do not allow you to speak for me, human!" Sebek angrily states.

"Hey, I'm speaking the truth!" He defends. "Jack, Epel, you agree with me, right?!" The two stay silent. "Don't be clammin' up on me now!"

"I can definitely see Jack being housewarden," Epel states with a smile. "He doesn't really take anything from most people, plus, aside from Leona, he is one of the strongest people I know."

"I can believe Epel as a housewarden," Jack adds. "With how much Vil is on beauty, I can say Epel would be perfect as a housewarden. He might look delicate, but I know first hand he's deadly," he smirks.

"That's true too," he laughs.

"Don't be all buddy-buddy now!" Ace exclaims.

"Tell me how you can't see that I would be the perfect housewarden," Sebek says with a glare. "As I follow Malleus and Lilia, I take notes on how to lead in the future, and I'm sure that when they graduate, I will step forth and take the position!"

"Don't you have to go through Silver for that first?" Grim states.

"Silver doesn't deserve to be housewarden!" Sebek exclaims. "He's not fit to lead. He always falls asleep when he should be training."
