"Oh my god a ghost... Leave me alone! Please just go awa- hey. Wait a second..." You scrunched your eyes.
Bender was confused. Only robots could see robot ghosts! Well, at least, you needed the brain circuitry. (Y/N) may have a robot arm, but she doesn't have a robot brain...
"Oh. My. God. You're Calculon!!" You said breathlessly. *SQUEEEEEEEE*
(Y/N) seemed to be unaware that the camera was still on. "You... you know who I am?" Calculon floated forwards so that Bender could see him on the screen.
"Yes, I know who you are! You were the BEST on All My Circuits!!"
"How can you see me? You're not a robot...except for you arm, but I highly doubt that it counts." "I dunno how I can see you....Maybe it's because I'm hooked up to this weird machine. It must link me to the ship's system, which means I can see you! Sorry, I'm kinda a nerd." You said quickly. You still didn't understand how you could see him, but who cares? It's Calculon!
"It's perfectly fine, my devoted fan," he said. He called you devoted! ;D
"Me and Bender love watching you! The new guys SUCK." You groaned at the thought.
"Bender, did you say?" Calculon seemed to be deep in thought. "Yeah, Bender." "Bender, as in Bender B. Rodriguez?" "Yeah, that's the one."
Calculon shuddered. "He's...well...." "He's a character." You finished for him. "Yes. He tried summoning me once. It did not bode well for me." Calculon said sadly.
"On another note, how are you friends with him?" Calculon inquired.
"I actually don't know. He's been really nice to me. I dunno how to react because no one has ever cared about me like that. I'm a neko cyborg." You explained. "What art a neko?" Calculon asked dramatically.
You found yourself giggling. Then you saddened.
"A neko is someone who can turn into a specific animal, most commonly a cat, like me. Your species hates me- sorry, us." You sighed.
"A neko? How dramatic!" "Yeah...especially since I'm a cyborg, which means I'm part robot." "Fascinating. Are you and Bender...you know, is he your botfriend?" Calculon asked simply.
"What?! Oh gods, no." You said, a blush creeping over your cheeks.
"You seem to get along pretty well though..." "True. He is my best friend. I just don't call him that because Fry would get jealous. Him and Fry are really close." "I once thought that they were in a...thing together." Calculon admitted.
"Seriously?! Me too!" You laughed. Calculon managed a chuckled. "That's why I made completely sure that when I moved in that I wouldn't be interrupting anything."
"You two live together?" Calculon asked incredulously. "Yeah, why?" "It doesn't seem like Bender at all."
"I think he's changed a bit...since I met him, I mean." You bit your lip. "I agree with you." "I mean, c'mon, he's saved me about 5 times."
Calculon shot you a look.
"I'm not joking! It's...complicated, but he has saved me plenty of times before." "Fascinating."
"Do...do you mind untying me?" You said hopefully. "Sadly, I cannot." Calculon said, half-honestly, half-dramatically. "I'm still a ghost. I would pass right through you." "Oh."
Silence.
"Well, it was nice talking to you anyway." You smiled. "It was my pleasure." Calculon grinned back. "I hope you can get yourself out of this predicament."
