I just wanted to talk to you guys about my feelings because I feel kinda down at the moment.
You and I have lost connection, and thats partly my fault because I haven't been updating, but I haven't been updating because I feel like nobody wants to read my books anymore. That I'm not intresting anymore. So I dont really have the motivation to write.
Also I started a project called #RedefiningMentalHealth project and nobody has come forward to say they want to take part.
Heres how to take part:
Simply put a #RedefiningMentalHealth in your bio, post it on Facebook or any other social media profiles and if you really want to help write a short paragraph about how important it is to keep your mind and soul healthy and/or talk about your experience with Mental Health issues.
