"Hello Ms. Adkins!" A tall man offered his hand to me.

"I'm Brian Cole, owner of XL Recordings. I saw your performance and I'm here to offer you an artist contract for my label."

"You must be kidding me Mr. Cole." My eyes widened.

"Your friend sent me a voice recording of yours and you're an exceptional singer!" Mr. Cold glanced at Laura.

"Lau? What voice record is that?" I asked her still shocked.

"Your One and Only babe." Laura grinned.

"Oh my God Laura..."

"What do you think Ms. Adkins?" Mr. Cole smiled at me.

"Uhm, can you give me couple of days Mr. Cole? You know I'm a teacher and a mother of my three year old child." My hands are shaking.

"Of course Ms. Adkins, here call me. I'll see you then." He handed me his calling card.

"Thank you so much Mr. Cole." He then left us.

"Baby! This is what you dreamed of before!" Mum hugged me.

"Yes mum, and it's finally happening!" I said teary eyed.

"Come on donut! I'm excited for you!" Laura hugged me too.

"You're crazy Lau, but thanks tho!" I pecked her cheeks.

SIMON'S POV

"Do you know what her ring's size is?" Sofia asked me.

"No, that's why I brought you with me lol." Sofia and I went to a jewelry shop.

"When will you going to ask her?" Sofia asked as she scanned through the rings.

"As soon as I get home." I smiled.

"That's great! Finally bruv!" She elbowed my arm.

"Yeah, 3 long years was enough. Enough to ask Adele to be my wife." I felt my cheeks got heated.

"Aw, you look cute Si! You're blushing!" She chuckled.

"Oh shut up Sof! Lol" Sofia went to the comfort room while I continued searching for the ring.

"That one please." I heard a familiar voice.

"What are you doing here?" I saw Claire on my left side.

"Shopping some jewelries? Duh?" Claire said as she tried on a ring.

"Beautiful right?" She asked while she raised her hand in front of her.

"Yeah."

"Why are you here?" She asked.

"Buying a ring for Adele." I smiled as I mentioned her name.

"Oh so you're getting married?" She smirked.

"Hopefully as soon as possible."

"Well, good luck." Claire quickly pecked my cheeks and paid for what she bought.

Weird? She doesn't even got mad...

CLAIRE'S POV

"Have you captured it?" I smiled as I met the photographer I hired.

"Yes ma'am, here they are." He handed me an envelope.

"Okay, thanks." I handed him back my payment.

I reached for my phone on my bag and called Alex.

"Hello?" He said.

"I'm done with my first step." I smirked.

"Okay, send them to me and I'll make sure Adele would receive it.

"This sounds more exciting Alex."

"I know babe, keep updating me about Simon. I'll call you later." He hung the phone.

Poor Adele, she's going to be crazy as fuck as soon as she receives the pictures lol...
