Chapter 4- And It Had To Rain, Didn't It?

You leave the cafe and the cold breeze of December hits your face. You shiver at the sudden change of temperature but you continue walking, nonetheless.

What should I do now? I could go to the gym and let some steam off... Yes, that's a good idea. I can imagine Cody's face as I punch that bag. It's his fault my essay got ruined...

But he didn't mean to do it... It was an accident... ​​​​​​. The rational voice in your mind chimes in.

​​​​​​Your train of thoughts is stopped by a loud, and scary to many people, sound ringing in your ears. There was a lightning. You almost instantly hear a girl scream in fear and shock at the sudden noise. You look at her and see her snuggled up in her, as it seems, boyfriend's arms that hold her protectively. You smile at the picture in front of you and suddenly you get the familiar feeling you have when you want to write some lyrics. Your musician's block has probably gone back to where it came from.
You feel a few drops of liquid land on your head, you look up to see the sky has turned dark and it has started to rain. You look back to where the couple stood and now nobody is there.

It starts raining really bad. More like raining cats and dogs. You turn around to head back to the cafe, it's your best option at the moment. But since the universe has decided to be against you today, by the time you make it back you're already drenched. You stop outside of the cafe to look at your reflection. This is a really bad day. First the essay, I've been writing for two weeks and now it is ruined, I can't come up with lyrics to write about teenage love and when I finally decide and actually have some free time to go to the gym and let some steam off it starts raining and I am not able to take a step without getting soaked to the bone immediately. Good thing I don't wear make up though... I'd look like a clown by now...You think and slowly push the door open, to walk in with the most pissed off poker face you've ever had and walk to a table to drop your bag on a seat and walk towards the lady's room. Guess, now the weather really reflects your emotions.
Unfortunately, you have to pass by Eun-bi, Taehyung, this Lisa girl, and Jimin to go to your destination. Jimin spots you and he doesn't hesitate to make it obvious as he's laugh turns everyone to look at whatever is causing his laugh, which, of course, is you.
It really had to rain when I was outside, didn't it?

You shot Jimin with the most serious, deadly and threatening glare anyone has ever seen you pull off. And the fact that you don't usually show emotions such as anger, it makes you look even scarier.

Seeing your angry state the other three sitting at the same table with Jimin, decide to stay quiet, probably for their own good.

This is the perfect moment for Jimin to strike one more time and there's a high chance he'll have you off edge. He'll have you flip off and start a messy fight with him. He wants to see you angry. He wants to prove that you're not the sweet patient girl you give the vibe of being. ​​​​​

Of course you're not sweet, kind and patient all the time, it's not possible for someone to be like that. If that were to be true and you wouldn't be human, you'd be a goddess or something else buy not a hundred percent human. You just know when to pick up a fight and you'll pick it up when you know you can win and when you think it's worth having this fight.

Anyhow, as it appears you are on the edge of your patience and only need a push to take the jump and start cutting heads off with your own teeth. Jimin wants to be that tiny push, however, the situation he is does not allow him to act like that.
He's on a double date, with two of his friends and girl that might have grabbed his attention, even a little. He can't blow this up because of you, you're not that much of a priority to act that way; to cause a scene with you and be disrespectful towards Lisa, who is his date and his attention is supposed to be on her.
