"Hey, Y/N! Wait up!" you hear a voice call from behind you, when you exit the amphitheater, excited to go back to your apartment and pack your stuff.
Today is the last day of college and you're leaving tommorow morning. You can't be more excited.
"Cody!" you give an award smile as you turn around and see that it was Cody who called you."Hey, how are you?" he asks once he catches up to you, and you start walking together.
"I'm good, how about you?" you ask.
Every since that incident at the Pastry Shop you've been searching for ways to avoid any contact with Cody. You've been trying to avoid him as much as possible. It's not that you don't like him as a friend anymore, it's more about the whole relationship thing with Jimin that makes you feel like you should keep some huge distance between you and Cody."Aaah! Amazing!" he breaths out, "I can't believe this year is coming to an end" he looks up at the sky.
"Yeah... Time passes by so fast," you nod, speaking with a monotonous voice.
"So, " Cody continues, " Do you have any plans for the break?"
"Yes, actually, tomorrow I'll be going to (home country) to see my family and friends" you say while a smile forms on your face at the thought of going home.
Cody approvingly hums, "Will you be going alone?" he asks and turns to look at you with a mischievous smile.
"Why? Who else could possibly come with me?" you stare at him blankly."Jimin?" Cody asks matter-of-factly and you mentally curse at yourself for not thinking it.
"Did I hear my name?" you hear Jimin's voice, as he comes up from behind you and puts an arm around you, while he brightly smiles.
"Jimin! Hey!" You try to say excitedly, but the last thing you could be feeling right now, is excitement.
"Hello, there, beautiful" he pinches you cheek and you find yourself blushing at his words and actions.
"Jimin, hey! I was just asking Y/N whether you're going to go with her to (home country)" Cody asks with a smile and Jimin hesitates for a second, he's at a loss at how to respond to him.
"Unfortunately, not..." You cover Jimin's ass up, "My parents are kinda strict on the dating stuff, they don't really know about us..." You continue lying
Your parents are not that much strict on the dating matter, you father is a little bit over protective, but he has never full-out restricted you from dating. He didn't need to do so anyways, you weren't one to show that much of interest in boys.
"Aaah, it's too bad...you shouldn't be lying to them," Cody says awkwardly and then there's a moment of silence between the three of you.
As you are about to say your goodbye to Cody and get yourselves out of this situation, Cody speaks up faster than you, eliminating your chance, "Are you guys going to attend the party tonight?"
"Probably," Jimin nonchalantly says, whereas you have no idea of what he's talking about.
"I'm sorry what party?" You ask looking from one boy to the other.
Cody looks at you like you've missed on something really important and that everybody must know,
"Don't you know about the party that Chae-Rin is going to throw tonight? You know, as the last night we'll all be together before heading away for the holidays and that the end of the year is soon?" he says referring to all the college students when he says 'we'll all be together'.
